The booking process went smoothly. Unfortunately, I can't receive my invoice in PDF format. This may not seem like a big deal, but it's important to me.

My plans changed and I had to cancel the booking or at least change the dates to save some money. I had to pay 20% for cancellation or 95€ extra for changing dates… and all of it two and half month before the dates!!! I could understand if they would risk some money but in 2.5 months I am pretty sure someone will book the house, so it is pure thief and awful, not client oriented service at all.

Yes, the CS is writing nice, but the service but itself is awful.

A lot of hire cost.they offer u a good price vacation and later when u pay it is started....20 € for towel per person,70€ -100€ because we came after 8p.m.,energy not included so extra payed...that is second time we been cheated by that NOVASOL agency....Be careful

Booking canceled after reservation, probably home rent termin offered few different Customers, please carryfull, you can be surprised.

Novasol cancelled the reservation and did not return the money.

NOVASOL is easy to use and presents the most important information in a clear way.

Rented a house via NOVASOL. The house is managed by another company in Spain. Only AFTER paying for the rental I received information that the keys are to be collected over 40 km from the rented place. With no car, we are forced to take a cab to pick up the keys. The company is able to drop the keys and let us in a humanly manner, but they expect me to pay 72 EUR this, in a situation when I was NEVER informed that in order to enter the house rented I will have to drive 2x40 km = 80 just to receive the keys. Pitiful customer service and extorting additional costs from the client when there is no way out and we have no choice.

The worst company in the world. Do not book accommodation there as they are able to cancel your arrival at any time for any reason. In my case, they canceled my trip and blocked my funds. I warn you against booking in novasol.

I highly recommend. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with two bedrooms with comfortable large beds and wardrobes for storage. The kitchen is very well equipped. A perfect place on the terrace to eat a meal. Renata, a nice, friendly person will make sure that everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.

Everything was OK.

I wholeheartedly recommend the agency, which went above and beyond for my unusal request. I was looking for a short-term acommodation on a very short notice for 3 mothers and 6 children affected by the Ukraine humanitarian crisis. The agency was not only able to help my request, but has shown a lot of emphaty and support and together with the owner of rented house managed to make the lives of the most vulnerable ones a little bit better.

This has been my very first time with Novasol. The website is very clear and well-designed. The processing of the payment itself has also been very efficient. Hopefully, the target holiday accommodation will be as good as the experience with the Novasol website.

Offer was not accurate. On the offer was nice view om the beach but at the end there was some construction building.
