I bought two rings for Christmas from them, and already have another one that I purchased 1y ago. The quality and the level of details is very good. They were also very helpfull in the substitution process, as I changed the size of a ring twice in 2 weeks. Recommended!
Do not wear your bracelet. After 5 months of use, mine broke, just from normal use. I asked for support and a repair. i was told that it happens with use and that I should have been more careful.

Terrible customer service.
delivery took ages, the bracelet didn’t make it in time for the holidays as it was purchased as a gift. Ordered it in november and finally got it today, after another failed delivery where the wrong piece of jewelry was sent.
Didn’t receive my item. Was delivered to the wrong house and the company won’t do anything to help.
the return process is a hassle. I do have to return the goods at my expense according to european law, no problem. But the company does not refund their shipping costs from the original purchase - which they have to according to the law! I have now initiated a chargeback procedure with my credit card company.
