The product worked well but took a lot of assistance to set. The accompanying instructions are minute and in parts impossible to read even with a magnifying glass. With techy assistance and the logic of a younger brain, we got it working. In use it has proven user friendly and easy to operate but I fear many will buy and be unable to set up.

I ordered the SOS watch for my elderly Dad, when it eventually arrived it was difficult to set up and the “instructions” was a tiny booklet with minute typing. The watch is not fit for purpose and the company state their returns warehouse is temporarily closed! I have been offered a 50% refund or a 100% store credit. TOTAL RIP OFF BEWARE!!

I purchased an SOS watch device to support an elderly relative if they fall. It was very difficult to set up. The ‘manual’ is unreadable. The company say it is faulty, but they will not refund the full cost, even though it is within the 30 day cooling off period.

Quite a delay with postage which was beyond the retailers control. But they were very apologetic the product was first class .

Doesn’t pick much up lots of sound interference and if the flash light option is on it’s just one big glur can’t see a thing
Not very good at all I’m sorry to say disappointingly and delivery was a drama as well with every excuse for it to be delayed ,
Setting the camera up was achieved by good look more than good judgement very tricky

Can’t set it up and no one to call for support to him ! Every time I set it up on the app I come out it disconnects and you have to set it all up again! Does to work is I’m not at home connect to it and leave app open at all times

Purchased item on 26th September. Tracking number raised and Courier sent email status 'waiting for it 'Kept checking but status did not change. Today received an apology email as my item is still in the warehouse. This is unacceptable. They need to dramatically improve the delivery timescale.
