Terrible company, deserves no stars for the stunt they pulled with the Sheffield accommodation. They encouraged rebooking under false pretenses. Extremely disappointed.

I’ve lived in aster house for a year and it’s amazing! It’s so safe and the staff are all so lovely. My shower was broken and I had to get it fixed and I got it fixed within an hour. Will be living here again!!

Aster House. Amazing accom!!!! Staff are lovely. Central location, close to city centre and uni. Definitely would recommend. Facilities are excellent and always clean.

Best student accommodation
Chose to live at novel it’s the best decision I ever made. Love the facilities in the shared areas. Also the view from the roof it’s amazing!! And it’s just so good to have your own wash machine and you don’t need to worry about the hygiene and waiting in the line for wash clothes. i really like one of the staff - Fiona. She is always so smiley and supportive whenever I need something to help with or even just a chat! Anyway her team are always so friendly and helpful.
