Charged more than was due, but did refund after I asked, although didn't realise mistake. Also poor quality item. Downloaded app states there is an error on the device before even downloading anything

I purchased 2x USB and on checkout the system overcharged me. I contacted customer service and had the additional amount charged returned within 3 days. The delivery was as prompt as could be expected. Overall apart from a computer cliche everything was excellent and I would order from them again.

Check Payment vs Order Value
I ordered something, and they took more than the order value from my bank account.
They said that was a “system error” and credited it back. Not sure how they were even allowed to take more than I authorized.
I would Avoid purchasing from this company.
