I ordered over a month ago and it was supposed to be delivered within a week. My package still hasn't arrived. It got lost somewhere and hasn't been delivered. I spent over €100, plus I paid extra for protection, and I still haven't received my package. It's a shame I didn't read the reviews about this company beforehand. It's a Chinese scam. I recommend avoiding this company.

Awful, do not buy! Horrendous cheap products not fit for purpose then they refuse to refund you despite their refund policy saying they will!

I have placed an order of 82£ . They advised me i will get my order in 4-7 days . After 30 days i still dont get my parcel , Noviroa doesnt do nothing about it and it blames the carrier for my unreceived delivery but still doesnt want to do nothing regarding my parcel . The website is a complete SCAM

Dirty Chinese scammers, I don’t know why I didn’t think twice before ordering this pet like little puppy, it s battery powered instead of by USB, it isn’t interactive and it’s just a cheap, tatty looking thing. I’ve learned a very expensive lesson. Sponsored by google which I trusted to a degree. It’s not even good enough to gift it to a child.

Received wrong product (but correct sticker on the box!)

Reached out to customer service asking for return (their website says "easy, hassle-free 30 days return").

Got 3 different team members write to me over 4 emails offering small discounts, blatantly disregarding my repeated request for return (yes, I wrote 4 responses; crazy). I did not want 10% refund -- I got a wrong device (which, btw, was partly malfunctioning).

Save yourself time and money.

Unless you enjoy endless back and forth of ignorance. Popcorns out.

As for their reply to this review, dont let it fool you. I have made contact numerous times, over and over again. They did not send what I ordered and every time I tried to get a full refund they were offering me 5% refund or 50% store credit. I wanted either the product i ordered or a full refund, neither were forthcoming! I repeat DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!

Do not buy from Noviroa. Ordered special buy if 3 25cm digital photo frames. The actual sizes that arrived was 20cm. Advert is misleading.

Took a few weeks to arrive.

States 30day refund BUT hunt for the full policy as it states you are responsible for return tracked postage to Hong Kong.

They offered 30% discount and keep products which I took. Would have much preferred full refund and return paid postage but would have been out of pocket.

Advertising con, beware!

SCAM - do not order from this website!!! Products not the same as advertised. Will not give you a refund. Awful company!!!!

I ordered the same pair of shoes twice by mistake. I kept the one pair (it was fine) but requested to return the other pair. They got me to send them photos of the shoes, the packaging etc…, thereafter they offered me a 10% refund and to keep the second pair. I argued this but they would not budge. Do not buy from here!! It’s a scam business.

The pictures are totally misleading. The jewellery is of exceptionally poor quality. It comes from China. you’re not even likely to get what you purchased.
Apparently, they are closing down, but it does not look like it. It has taken me at least 20 emails to get my money back. The email saying I was having a refund was only sent today with AI generated replies. The company is registered in London but you have to return to China. Do not buy.

Scam site, product nothing like the picture on their website - really poor quality. Really hard to get a refund, has been a lengthy process, still working on it but they have agreed a refund once they receive the goods in their factory in China.

This is a scam really. Product was much poorer quality than how it appeared on their website - so much so that it wasn’t usable. And they don’t actually accept returns - despite what it says on their website. They put you through a maddening and long series of emails going back and forth until you finally realise that there is just no way to return it. They offered me a 15% refund in the end - but by then giving them my bank details felt dodgy so I just lost the money. Avoid like plague.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NO STARS. I AM SHOCKED AT HOW APPALLING MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS. 1. My order took two weeks longer than promised to arrive. 2. I ordered a fitness watch (to count steps) but received a temperature watch (does not count steps) 3. When I sent evidential photographs and asked for my money back (I could not wait another 2 weeks to start my fitness regime) I had a to and fro of emails with what appeared to be a prototype response written by AI. 4. Finally I was asked to send photographs and video even though I had already done so 5. I sent them again and got another prototype response .. IN FRENCH!! Luckily I speak it. 6. After responding to this (in both French and English! ) I recieved an email saying their team had looked at the photographs I sent and that they had sent me the correct product! Blatantly not true! 7. I have now RESENT the photographs of both what I ordered and what I received (for the third time) which clearly show the two are different products. 8.. I am waiting to hear what response I get ... and in what language this time? SHOCKING

Absolutely bad quality item and high price I don’t recommend it.

I ordered what was described as an Interactive Puppy Toy with Lifelike Movement for Euro53.95. It's very expensive for a toy dog, but since the image they had on their website showed a lifelike puppy which looked really good, I paid this amount as a special present for my child. The toy that I received was nothing like the picture on their website. I received a cheap toy which you can buy on Temu for 1-2 euro. It's a complete scam. Very disappointed. Additionally they state on their website that delivery to Ireland is 4-6 working days. It took 17 calendar days for it to arrive.

DO NOT BUY. I paid €100 for a wheat grinder. What actually arrived 2 weeks later was a bad quality coffee grinder. It arrived bashed up and broken 😡 still awaiting reply from the company. Don’t waste your time or money here
