First time ordering from here and the experience was so easy and simple, ordered Friday and arrived Saturday with Royal Mail (who are reliable). Also, recieved quite a few freebies which was nice.

In the past I have used Lookfantastic a few times who use Hermes (for delivery) to buy my dermalogica products but after having a really bad experience with them and Hermes not delivering my products and it being a faff trying to get my money back I looked on the dermalogica website and this website came up as an authorised retailer. So glad I came across them, I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Love Dermalogical products and found this was the best priced site to buy from. Products came quickly with free postage, well packaged and with a few free samples.

Very impressed with both the range of products and excellent customer service! I've been trying to find a Valera hairdryer for ages, it's a bit tricky, because they are mainly used by professionals and as such are not easily available online. Now4beauty had an excellent choice of these hairdryers and I managed to find the one I wanted. Soon I got a message that the hairdryer I chose was not available and I was offered another one (very similar) instead. Even though the other hairdryer was a bit more expensive, the company representative kindly offered it to me for the same price. I order a lot of stuff online and was really pleased with the professionalism of the customer service team. They also add some free samples to your order which is another plus. Will definitely shop there again!
