Do not touch this company with a barge pole! All the money you pay for insurance is a waste of time, they fail to mention all the 'caps'.
I rang the company before I went ahead with my dogs treatment and they said they would cover it all!

Hannah from Now Pet Insurance was incredibly helpful answering all my queries and explaining things about my renewal really well. Unfortunately I had to make a claim on my last policy for spinal issues with my dog and my main question regarded what with him was classed as pre existing conditions. Hannah was so helpful explaining the benefits of me having taken out a lifetime policy for both dogs in 2024 ie this was not a condition showing any signs and symptoms prior to me taking out Insurance so would be classed as rather a continuation and therefore if needed further treatment costs would be considered by the claims department. Hannah was very patient, explaining which made a huge difference to me as I have disabilities including problems with processing information. Highly recommend Now Pet Insurance and happily renewing my policy this year for both my dogs with them.

Ellie was excellent. Very helpful and pre-empted the questions I was going to ask. She could see our remittance statement hadn’t been sent yet and managed to get that over to us immediately. Great service.

I needed a little help logging in to our Now Pet Insurance plan. For some unknown reason it would not recognise our email or password.
Within a few hours of contacting Now Pet by email, the issue was very quickly resolved. They had sent all our documents through to our email, even though we hadn't asked or needed them.
Really pleased with the help & attention to detail. We are hoping that when the renewal does come through they are as competitive as the previous year.

Rang to discuss my renewal quote. Elliot was very helpful and explained in lay man's terms the minefield that is pet insurance! Tweaked my pets cover to a more appropriate one which was also cheaper. Very pleasant young man to deal with and took the stress out of insurance renewal for me.
