I found the employees at NowSkills, particularly Dionne Hazelwood, very helpful, finding a relevant company and job extremely quickly along with giving advice to help me with my interview.

Since the day I signed up for the NowSkills programme, they did their very best to secure me a job, with Dionne being a massive help in finding me multiple interviews under the multi channel marketing role until the perfect one stuck.

From then, I was transferred under the watchful eye of Carlos Chiawei Tu. He supported my throughout the year that we worked together and helped me to feel safe and secure in my job role.

Alongside his support, taking part in the workshops with other apprentices was an amazing part of the experience, as I was able to converse with students like me, in the same situation.

Toward the end of my apprenticeship Carlos offered me much help, with mock interviews and question revision, doing what he could to help me out and make sure that I passed.

In the end, I finished with a distinction grade. Without the support from the team, Dionne and Carlos non of this would have happened.

I highly recommend NowSkills as an apprenticeship provider for students who are looking to take their skills further in the marketing world.

My experience with NowSkills couldn't have been any better!! I have to give credit to Dionne, she has helped me so much throughout the process, always there and willing to answer any question asked and with her help, she has helped me get my dream apprenticeship in such a short time. My experience with NowSkills has been excellent. I had the pleasure of having Sebastian aid me in my apprenticeship hunt and I'm pleased to say it has been successful! I had the privilege of having Katie Ballegher help me find my dream apprentice job. She helped me with the interview process, what to expect, what to do after, and basically encouraged me till I got the offer. She handled all the communications and made my life so easy, I couldn’t thank her enough. I can’t wait to start my own journey and it wouldn’t have happened without her :)

I started in January 2025, and since the beginning, Carlos has been nothing short of amazing throughout my apprenticeship. He has been accommodating, helpful & the most supportive in every way. He is knowledgeable, and he really cares for you to do well throughout your course, and I wholeheartedly believe I wouldn't have achieved my distinction without him. If you get Carlos as a tutor, count yourself extremely lucky.

Dionne and Chris were absolutely outstanding in assisting me with finding an apprenticeship, they were helpful, kind and were consistently communicating with me about new opportunities. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an apprenticeship.

Tried for months to speak to someone about opportunities. I've made calls, sent emails, left voicemail, and nobody gets back to me.

It is disheartening to miss out on opportunities because the team will not contact me. Been trying for 2 months or so now.

Was a good experience, got an interview within the week of signing up, managed to get the job thanks to Sebastian finding me the role and coaching me through interview questions.

The staff work tirelessly to ensure you’re 100% comfortable and all your needs are met during your apprenticeship. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer tutor and recruiter! Would definitely recommend

I recently completed a course with NowSkills and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The course was well-structured, easy to follow, and packed with useful, practical knowledge that I can actually apply in my role.
A big shoutout to my tutor, Andres, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the course. He explained everything clearly, was always patient, and made sure the content was understood before moving on. He created a really supportive learning environment and was always happy to answer questions, no matter how small.

These guys helped me get my first level 3 apprenticeship in no time . Fast paced , reliable communication and excellent advice.

Found me a great apprenticeship role and the team were very supportive and friendly throughout the job search process.

I found the NowSkills data analyst level 4 training extremely useful. The masterclasses taught me a lot of information from the basics of data analytics to the more complex tools and techniques that can be uses. My tutor Mark was extremely helpful and supportive, and Gus was very informative in teaching and providing feedback.

I completed my application process around a week or so ago and have already landed a fully funded data apprenticeship at an amazing company in Manchester, Sebastian was amazing so was anyone else involved great support and genuine care for the people they are helping. 10/10.
