I have recently started my multi-channel marketing apprenticeship with NowSkills, the process of signing up and being put forward for interviews was very efficient and very smooth. I would strongly recommend NowSkills for any creatives looking to get their foot in the door in the industry.

In my experience, NowSkills was pretty useless for me.

Towards the end of 2024 and through 2025. I had 3 opportunities at landing an Apprenticeship. The first opportunity that was given; I unfortunately got the rejection.

Fast forward months later I get a call, and the employer named Kevin who was helping me said “it’s taking a long time to find you an apprenticeship”, whilst also providing me little to no information on why it’s taking so long; I eventually get a second opportunity and alas I still get rejected sadly.

Following this experience, I finally found a temporary job where I had to work as I was out of savings, out of any type of income even UC due to my living situation. I receive a call from Kevin being enthusiastic about a new opportunity (this is months after the after with no conversation in between) with a new job - I accepted the opportunity and began research.

I got the interview date two days after the spontaneous call. I realised quickly the interview clashed with my work hours so I had to inform Kevin in hopes to reschedule - in my honest opinion sounded very rude, non-empathetic and kind of selfish. I understand working at such an establishment you get commissions and if X Y or Z fall flat you are out of that commission. That is essentially what happened here - Kevin replied along the lines of “so you’re not doing the interview? Due to this it will impact and hurt your chances of finding another interview” followed by a “cheers” and hung up. I explained to him that I had to work this job or I would potentially be homeless, and he didn’t show any type of exception - more a discard of a candidate.

It’s been almost a year and I haven’t heard anything from them, and honestly I’m glad. I’d rather have no job than hopes of an interview with him.

(Upon assumption) Reading other 1* reviews it seems like he has been fired, or a manager has been since my experience so it could be better! Ultimately this was my experience and it was awful.

Managed to land me an apprenticeship in a position I wanted!

really helpful, got me the apprenticeship really quickly. gave a lot of advice for interview prep, checked how the interview went.

My recruiter was Katie Ballegher and she was an amazing help at every step, she was always available to help and was kind and polite the whole way through

NowSkills proactively approached me last week regarding an apprenticeship in my area. Seb and Katie helped me all the way through the interview process and were always available for any questions I had, and were super friendly and gave me a lot confidence. I've now had my official offer and I'm an starting an apprenticeship on Monday with one the best tech companies the UK, absolutely buzzing.

Now Skills helped me secure an apprenticeship position within 2 weeks of being contacted the first time. I was contacted by Sebastian and he was amazing, I got accepted from my very first interview opportunity.
Definitely recommend to anyone wanting an apprenticeship quickly and efficiently!

My experience with the Apprenticeship was incredible and it all comes down to Gus Reyes. Gus was probably the best Teacher/Mentor/Tutor I've probably ever had and without him, his experience and all of the help and preparation for all Case Studies, Projects, AM1 & AM2, I wouldn't have gotten to where I am today. I owe the Grade I got thanks to Gus and is something I will not forget in my Career.

If you are to start an apprenticeship and go with NowSkills, I would Recommend Gus Reyes as I don't think you will find anyone better.

NowSkills has been a very supportive apprenticeship provider that has helped me from the very beginning. They helped in finding me the right place to work, as well as offered me the correct tutor to help me achieve a Distinction Grade.

Been Struggling to get an apprenticeship but finally thanks to Sebastian i've just been placed onto one, couldn't be happier. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. So thankyou so much for the time you put into me and i cant wait to start.

I have just been placed on my apprenticeship at Nowskills by Katie Ballegher and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for all the help she has provided. I have been very picky with what jobs and company’s I would like to work for and Katie worked so hard to find me an employer near my house that is exactly what I want to do. I had a great experience finding an apprenticeship with Now Skills. The whole process was smooth and supportive, and I always felt kept in the loop. A big thank you to Tony, who regularly updated me on every company he put me forward to and kept me informed on the progress throughout. Within just a couple of months, he managed to find me the perfect role. I couldn’t be happier with the support and service I received. I would highly recommended to anyone!

I had the opportunity to learn something new; this course took me out of my comfort zone.
I had a tutor (Gus Reyes) who was invested in my progress and success. He encouraged me and took the time to help me develop my skill.

The service was amazing friendly and efficient. Katie ballegher helped me a lot and managed to find me an apprenticeship within 2 weeks

When i first applied they made sure that I included what was needed to ensure i would gain an apprenticehsip then last week I recieved a phone call from tony in regards to an apprenticeship and he ensured that i did everything I needed to do before going to the interview and he was a very helpful person

My recruiter was Dionne Hazelwood, she made me feel really comfortable and reassured from the start and made me feel really confident I would get a position quickly. I ended up getting my dream apprenticeship less than a month after signing up to nowskills with the help of Dionne giving me lots of interview tips and encouragement. Couldn’t be happier with Nowskills and I’m so excited to start my Marketing Apprenticeship!

Just received my start date for my apprenticeship thanks to NowSkills. Tony helped me massively through the process from helping me prepare before the interview all the way through to accepting my offer. The communication was great and I am excited for my future with NowSkills! :)
