I had an issue with the heat pump which was installed by this particular company and they sent a techs out within a few hours to rectify the issue and get the heat pump up and running again. This was a Friday afternoon the issue was identified and rectified before the 5pm beer'o' clock run home,which was unexpected but relieved that it was taken care of immediately.

Extremely poor customer service. Over a year later and our inverter is still not installed. Warranty claim alone took 7 months, followed by months of delays and no follow-up. Constant chasing with no clear answers. Completely unacceptable

I purchased this item for a rental property.
The gas unit pilot light was failing and the first sign would be cold water.
Running a gas hot water unit to service 6 adults was resulting astronomical $$$$.

After taking into account of household needs, I opted for the 320L unit.
Installation process was on time & seamless.
With a household of 2 adults & 4 teenagers there is a full clothesline of washing everyday, plus a requirement of constant stream of hot water for showers.
It has made life so much easier for me & the tenant after installing this hassle free unit.

This is the second project that i have had done with NRG7 through the Goverment subsidy this is a very reverse Cycle heating and cooling system and we are very happy with how good it is working and the tradesmen did a very good job with the installation and were very well manned and respectfull

We have installed an ENEFT heat pump hot water system by NRG7. The process from the quotation to the installation is very straightforward. With the government rebate, the new heat pump hot water system is affordable. We are very happy with the first class installation by NRG7 and their installers. The quality of the ENEFT hot water system is excellent. With 320L tank, one shall never run out of hot water in addition to easy APP control and better management of hot water supply.
