Great Company Customer For Life
I e-mail NS Defense about getting my muzzle brake put on in a timely fashion. Instead of an email back, I received a phone call from Jake. I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service. I knew right then and there I was going to send my upper to NS Defense. I was told it would be done in a day and I was not disappointed. The work was perfectly done, and I received the finished product very quickly. I would not hesitate to use NS Defense again. I wish the best for them and any future business.

Fantastic Armor Work!
NS Defense built me a custom 13.7 pinned and welded upper that runs flawlessly! It’s always getting looks at the range and it’s my go to rifle. Fantastic armor work with a beautiful weld on my warcomp. Will definitely order from them again!

Wouldn’t recommend
Took about 2 months to get my parts back. Terrible communication, I emailed them several times. They also didn’t finish the job! Which put me in a very bad situation. I have a 14.5” barrel, I ordered the pin/weld service and went to the range. I was showing my rifle off to my friend and RO and he said, that doesn’t look like it’s welded.. it wasn’t.. So I was shooting an SBR (unknowingly) which is a federal offense. I’ve emailed NS several more times for a refund and explanation - no response..

the time frame we have no excuse for we will regrettably take the negative feedback for that , your upper was assembled as soon as we received your email regarding your unhappiness in the time frame, which demanded we shipped the upper back completed or not, that same day we assembled your upper and sent it back, we then issued a refund for the Pin & Weld which clearly meant the pin and weld was never preformed.
