Great customer service and prompt shipping, even during the current craziness
I called NSDefense to speak about my order after I placed it to inquire about its status based on the order summary. It turns out, the status was about to change because it cleared the fraud checks and I was informed it would mail that day. The gentleman I spoke with was a pleasure to talk to and reassured me everything was good with my order and not to worry further. Sure enough, 3 days later it was in my mailbox!
Overall, a really great customer interaction on the phone, very prompt shipping while most companies make excuses about Covid19, riots, workers not coming into work, etc. and a very smooth and easy order process with good pricing on the products in question.
I would definitely buy from them again!

URX 4 Order
Product took a week to be fulfilled, despite being in stock when I ordered it. Additionally, it did not ship with the installation instructions or the wrench needed to install it and my attempts at correspondence have not been responded to. Lastly, the product came scuffed in a few locations.

This product was shipped as we received them from Knight's Armament Company. They do NOT include the same tools that SR-15 rails are sold with, we also included shims free of charge. We apologize for the delay in fulfillment time, there was a death in the family and we were not operating for 1 week. We would be more than happy to refund your money if the product is returned in unused condition. Thank you.

Best place to buy KAC
The KAC taupe grip is a standard requirement on all my lowers now. NS Defense was the only place that had them in stock for a reasonable price. Shipping and communication was excellent. I will be giving NS Defense more business in the future. Very satisfied customer.
