I placed an order on the 3rd Dec payment was taken immediately on the 8th Dec I received a message saying parcel had left airport 6 days later it still leaving airport. I cannot get a reply to my E mails so Ishall notify my bank of the scam that appears to be in operation with this shady company.
Absolute scam ! Goods arrived - but are awful! Emailed numerous times to request refund and return ( as per their published policy) they eventually respond to email saying read returns policy ( which I now have done several times including sending photos of their sub standard products , but then doesn’t follow through ! What a waste of time and hard earned money
As other have stated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered from them on 7124. Still haven't received my order but it took them all of 30 seconds to debit my account for the purchase. Tried to e-mail, no response back. Tried to contact via phone. Number doesn't work. Their reviews are right on!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I've been waiting 6 weeks for delivery, customer service non existent. They use an address in USA but appear to be based in China. IMO, total scammers
Been trying to get hold of this company due to my parcel not being delivered and it's took me all week to get in contact and I've still haven't heard of anything yet. Save your money and avoid this company or you most likely be scammed
