Just as described (new open box). Shipping was fast once it shipped. NT had to call and confirm my order. Shipping was delayed because I didn’t answer those calls from an unknown number. Only drawback for me was no mention on product page or site about product warranty. Return policy is clear. Mine came with 3 months left on manufacturer 1 year parts and labor warranty. Bonus I guess.

Got some brand new condition beats…
Got some brand new condition beats studio pods for $69, I was hesitant to purchase them because I had never heard of this site and getting such good quality EarPods for so cheap sounded like a scam. But not even 5 days after ordering them the package came in and they are great quality. The only thing that was banged up was the outer box the product comes in because the description did say it had been opened before, but that didn’t bother me because the product had zero damage done to it.
