After ordering a set of weights and…
After ordering a set of weights and bars from them about a year ago they worked great until a cog split when i dropped the dumbbell. i got in touch to ask where i could buy cogs that would fit but to my surprise they asked me to confirm my address and sent 3 used ones which are fine. its not big but its the small things and this small act exceeded my expectations.

I ordered 50kg dumbbell set for £60 and got a measly 10kg set! What a rip off and no one is getting back to me as I want my money back cause I can get better quality as well as bigger for what I spent!!!

Excellent customer service and highly recommend! I ordered the wrong kind of resistance band ( totally my fault) but they not only instantly accepted my return but also contacted me to say they would also refund the return postage. I was very surprised and pleased to find such good customer service and such excellent communication. Will certainly buy from them again

Professional and prompt.
Sent me items as soon as I placed the order - good chaps on the line with high levels of service. One of the products I Received was a faulty product - I called them sent a picture and they refunded immediately no questions asked. Would definitely do business with them again.
