Nu Age have recently serviced our boiler. They gave us a good choice of appointments, turned up well within the allotted time slot and were extremely professional throughout their visit.

The young man came earlier than expected but was happy to wait until I was ready. He was very courteous & let me know exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend his services, but unfortunately I did not get his name.

When we had no cold water whatsoever we called Nu Age - they had staff on holiday and one staff member off sick but Daniel went out of his way to fit us in and got the problem sorted within 24 hrs - work excellent -couldn’t be better - customer service second to none -many thanks to Daniel and Shauna and the whole team.

Excellent service given by the company, courteous and helpful. Kieran helped me choosing the correct shower. Reece came to fit the appliance, he was very respectful of our property, did an excellent job and left the bathroom immaculate! Would highly recommend!

Always efficient and knowledgeable. Have used on a number of occasions with a complex heating system.

Called at 9am, diagnosed issue by 9.15am, engineer out later in the day after collecting parts from supplier, all fixed and issue resolved by 4pm. Engineer was kind and courteous, left no mess and job done!
