I think the watch is cheaply made. I also thought the face was going to be bigger. It’s super hard to clasp and I reached out to return and they said take a video. Are you kidding me? I didn’t send it back too much trouble making a video. Don’t know how to change the date. Brand won’t last because it feels cheap.

What made my experience great, my first order was taken from my mailbox. I never received it. I reached out to Nuamore via email within 24 hours I got a response with pictures showing it was left in my mailbox. However, I explained my issue and Nuamore sent a replacement. I received my new watch and I can’t believe the quality! I love love love my new watch. Such a beautiful piece. I ordered the gold plated watch with the green face. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s such beautiful craftsmanship, every detail so nicely done. Oh need to mention the packaging is just as beautiful as the watch. For the price totally worth it!! Thank you Nuamore, one happy customer!

I called same day my watch was delivered and wasn't happy with watch. Immediately followed directions.
And they wanted pictures of watch to see what I don't know. Never worn and sent pics 3 times and the changed their email address again on me.
Not happy with the whole experience.
They say easy returns, NOT.

I’m obsessed with my watch
I needed something other than an Apple Watch to wear every day. I ordered the Oceana watch in gold. Its size is perfect, not too delicate or dainty. I also got the watch sizing kit with it and was able to easily take out a few links on my own. Im completely obsessed and can’t wait to buy more in the future!

I found Customer Service to be very proactive and helpful as well as extraordinarily polite. The Oceana watch is beautiful and to send instructions on how to take a link out and work a butterfly clasp was appreciated!

Perfect smart waterproof watch for poolside glam
I wanted a smart waterproof watch for the summer so bought the Oceana watch after seeing lots of adverts on my instagram. I’m really impressed! It’s exactly what I was after and is definitely waterproof. It arrived quickly too.
My only advice would be if you’re a bit cackhanded like me then don’t bother with the kit to remove links and just get it done by a professional instead!

Excellent customer service. An item didn't suit me and I wanted to return it and select something else- I got a response straight away that I could keep it AND I had a refund! My daughter was thrilled to be the recipient of a new pair of sunglasses and I got a different pair!
