This is my first experience with Nuamore. I purchased a watch and bracelets. The quality of packaging was amazing. I emailed the customer service about a question I had with my watch. They were very timely with their reply. Katrina was polite and helpful with her response. I am very pleased with my items and so impressed with the customer service.

I had seen ads and posts on Instagram for the Nuamore watch and decided to purchase. I had gotten a little tired of my AppleWatch and wanted something new. This looked like exactly what I was looking for - simple, classic, elegant.
It arrived in a couple weeks (the color I wanted was backordered), and I was excited to discover it looked exactly as I had pictured from the ads on Instagram. Even the first weekend I wore it I received several compliments and questions about what kind of watch it is. I also love how comfortable and light weight it feels on your wrist.
Nuamore's customer support team was also absolutely fantastic in answering all of my questions. They are so fast and helpful.
I really couldn't be happier!

I originally rated one star and mentioned customer service had not responded when in fact they responded with for the 24 hours. She was very helpful and understanding and explained that my watch was being held up at customs. I have since received my watch and it is absolutely beautiful. Nice simple watch, nice gold color not brassy orange colored, however for the price I think It should have been less, I did see that after I purchased the price went down and asked for and adjustment, the customer service was excellent and they responded quickly,
