She had answers to all my questions, after dealing with other agents from customer service who were not helpful an were vague, KAYLA made the difference. And she was appreciated.

I recently ran into an issue with my 7-Stage UV & Alkaline RO system — TDS output had crept up higher than the 10-15 range I was used to, and I wasn't sure I had the membrane housing elbows connected correctly or if there was an issue with the new RO membrane. Jennifer from customer service was amazing — patient, clear, and genuinely helpful in walking me through it and ultimately shipped me a brand new RO membrane filter to fix the issue. It's rare to get support this good these days. The system itself has been great overall, and this experience made me trust the brand even more. Highly recommend NU Aqua, both for the product and the people behind it.

AJ is the best. He helped me today and I could not be happier. Just want to say that NuAqua systems are the best you can get for the dollar spent. Today that means alot because every dollar is harder to come by and every dollar buys you less. So if you want the best quality water you can have buy your system here, and if you ever need great customer service ask for AJ.

Is their product good? Yes it is. We have been using it for about 6 years ish. Their customers service is absolutely atrocious. It is 100% AI. There is no human that knows anything that you can speak to. We sent email after email with photos and questions about installation and they repeatedly gave us the wrong information. We eventually figured out the problem ourselves no thanks to their abysmal regurgitated replies. We wasted an entire set of new filters that we had to throw out due to their incorrect information. We are now looking for a new product. They did not offer to replace them although it was their bad information that caused the problem. We have been loyal customers and even recommended nuaqua to many other people who have since purchased from them. I am extremely disappointed and am now looking for an alternative. Unless to are a plumber (or willing to pay a plumber) or just really good at troubleshooting on your own, I do not recommend nuaqua. You will get NO help or guidance at all.

Table top R/O system is great and at a great price. I have other products by NuAqua. They all have met my expectations.

I bought a countertop unit two years ago and it has been amazing. Being able to have the screen tell me the amount of TDS (or "stuff") in the water initially and then the amount after filtration really opened my eyes to how powerful this filtration system is. At my house, typically the TDS will be around 116 straight from my sink. After filtration it's typically 4-7. I then put in mineral drops to re-mineralize the water before drinking. A few days ago that unit stopped working and I did some troubleshooting but could not fix it. I reached out to customer service and Jennifer arranged for a new unit to be sent me and updated my filter subscription to match the new unit. The model I have is no longer made, but they had no hesitation on sending me the updated model that replaced it free of charge. Great customer service! Thank you Jennifer!

AJ was great, knew the answers and checked my warranty status etc. The replacement part looked a bit different than the original piece I needed and he walked me through the difference, the new part should fix the leak. thanks

I was trying to modify my subscription frequency online, but there was some error that would not let me complete the change. I called and was helped by Elijah. He knew exactly what I needed and recognized me from my order a week ago. He got my change done quickly and thanked me for being a customer. He was great and my problem was solved.

I received the wrong filters and contacted the NU aqua team and they resolved my issue with speed and gratefulness. I’m not sure how this actually happened but I’m very grateful for the quick response and how quickly they are sending me the right filters. Jennifer was so helpful and I appreciate the job she did and her quick responses back to me.

I contacted NU Aqua with questions of the 4 stage whole house system I installed. As I learned more and more about water filtration and understanding total dissolved solids. I realized that there may be more to this process then I thought. Jennifer responded to my email inquiry with a clear and concise explanation. She gave me a defined answer in order of importance which resulted in a well water system that is working the best it ever has. Thanks to Jennifer and NU Aqua systems.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the sales rep, Elijah, who assisted me with my recent purchase of a NU Aqua water softener and filtration system.
His customer service was excellent, and he made the entire process smooth and straightforward.

It's so pleasant to find a quick and efficient response to the technical support requests.

I had inadvertently had my order sent to an address that was no longer valid for me. Fortunately, I caught the mistake within 30 minutes of placing the order. I contacted NuAqua and by the next morning, Jennifer had contacted me and requested I confirm some information with the order and within the hour contacted me back that she was able to contact the warehouse and get it redirected.
