Made my order over week ago, still no notification of dispatch. Emailed at beginning of week and still no response. Not impressed so far.

I ordered something in December 2020 and it have not received the product, or a refund. I have contacted nuddy multiple times and have had no response. Very poor customer service and untrustworthy company, they took my money and never sent me what I paid for!
After I placed my order I received an email saying the product was actually out of stock at the moment and they will send me it in the next few days (this never happened) and I haven't heard anything since. Do NOT recommend.
Update: After several emails, they sent me my order in July 2021.

I really wanted to love this lemon and lime soap bar, but after one use I am afraid it stripped my hands of any moisture and I was left with sore hands. My husband used it in the shower and he was left scratching and itching his skin all day. Maybe it is the lemon that is drying but sorry Nuddy, I am afraid it is a no from us.

Not had this soap long at all but I had to leave this review ASAP
I have and have done for years excema this has not been helped by the constant hand washing/sterilising something we all have to do
So was on the lookout not only for a decent moisturise soap but also one that isn’t full of nasties and plastic mi was about done and resigning myself to having constantly sore hands as all the other soaps I’ve tried have set my hands off within one wash
Then along came nuddy and hallelujah something finally I can use and not want to chop my hands off as soon as I’ve used it
I ordered the lime+lemon which I love it’s not overpowering and leaves a present after smell I’m so impressed I’ve ordered the mango soap as well
I will in the coming weeks keep you updated on how this soap is working etc but for now I’m very impressed 👍👍👍

I contacted Nuddy on several occasions relating to an unfortunate issue I had experienced with one of their products. I never heard anything whatsoever in response so I forwarded my email to them once again as well as trying to make contact via their Facebook page as well as Instagram.
I finally received a reply via Facebook which didn’t even address my complaint but instead thanked me for my feedback! I got the distinct impression that they really couldn’t care less about their customers issues. They didn’t even ask to have the faulty item returned for examination & hopefully offer me the customer a replacement.
I always say any company is only as good as the standard of customer service it offers and unfortunately Nuddys is very sadly lacking.
I asked for the name of a manager and was told to email the company founder called KASSI which I’ve done so time will tell if she bothers to reply....sadly I thought a company with a supposed good reputation like Nuddys might treat their customers with a little more care and respect more so when it relates to a complaint.
Update....KASSI the company founder did indeed reply but her so called customer care was every bit as poor as what I’d already experienced from this company. Obviously they don’t care if a customer has a genuine issue with one of their products.
An awful company to deal with....avoid at all costs.

Top marks for zero packaging but I'm afraid I don't really find this shampoo bar (extra thickening) any better than others I've tried. It still leaves a residue and I'm having to re-wash my hair the following day with normal shampoo so defeats the point really.

Have ordered a sample of the peach bar before I give up but I'm not holding out much hope!

One thing I would say is that I love that this company allows you to order samples to allow you to try before committing. I've got so many unused beauty products and wish other companies would follow suit!

Lovely smelling shampoo bar which lasts for many washes. I personally found I needed to use a small bit of conditioner but they do advise you to do so :) Shampoo bar lathers well and a little goes a long way!

Really disappointed. I ordered my lemon and lime trial bar, which arrived very speedily, but I'm afraid I'm not impressed. The soap certainly wasn't moisturising, as claimed, in fact I found it quite drying. Also, it smelled like a product that I use to deodorise my bathroom, so I'm not keen on putting something on my skin that smells like something I use to get rid of nasty niffs in the bathroom. Just my experience, I understand, but not a great one.

I was given the shampoo bar (Practice what you peach) as a Christmas present and I have to say that the smell has grown on me. It lathers up well (though that isn’t necessarily an indicator of cleansing power) and it leaves my hair smelling nice. However, I’ve taken a point off as sometimes no matter how well I cleanse, my hair feels dry and I get a bit of speckles of soap afterwards which looks a bit like dandruff but smells like the soap. Other than that, when it does clean it does it really well whilst smelling nice too!

Never arrived, tried contacting them and they haven't got back to me about a refund or replacements being sent out. Dont recommend.

Order never arrived. I can't even dispute it with my bank as there is no shipping timeframe stated anywhere on the order or the page. All I can see is standard shipping.
They did reply to my initial email where I said I never received it, and told me they sent out another one. I've never received any of them. They went silent since I'm asking for a refund.

A shampoo bar like no others I have tried. It feels like I have washed my hair with very good quality traditional shampoo - I normally use aveda. I didn’t even condition it to really test it and it is so soft. I will absolutely be buying more !!!!!!

I just love the shampoo bar. only need the shampoo and my hair is super soft and manageable. it leaves no residue so no acid rince needed. this is why I stopped using shampoo bars as had to much residue left it's amazing. also love the soaps lathers so well in hard water and leaves skin soft

Lovely products, great ingredients and cute packaging. Smells great without harming you!

Great company, products just as described and beautifully packaged. The smell from the candle I ordered is amazing and the soaps are really gentle on the skin. Will be buying more and recommending to friends.

These soaps are fabulous, great scents (not too strong), non drying, I have sensitive skin so I'm always cautious of what I use. They also last for a long time, I bought the bundle of 5 and love every one. Will be ordering again.

These soaps are gorgeous, 💕they small so good & they last for ages! They don’t go soft & break up like normal soap bars. I can’t wait to try all the different ones, 😁
