One of the best customer service experiences I've ever experienced! I had quite a bit of trouble but Natalie from Nudea was so committed to helping me out, and after a series of trying on different sizes, I've finally found my perfect bra. It really is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn in my life and I would recommend it highly, hands down! The fact that they are so invested into keeping things sustainable is also a massive bonus in my eyes. Really seems to be a wonderful company all around.

Hi I ordered a bra in the wrong size. So sadly had to send it back. Your returns form asks if you would like an exchange and I said yes (for a different size) sadly I got a refund instead. Which is all marvellous and this is not a criticism. It just means I have no bra ! And now I can’t be bothered to order another one.

I am so thankful to nudea customer services for helping me when I got myself in a pickle with returns, refunds and exchanges by Agreeing to honour my three for two order. They went above and beyond. Amazeballs!!!
Oh and their bras are Brill too!

I was so hoping this bra would be a keeper but sadly this wasn't to be! It took me three goes to get the right fit. Nudea's guidance on size was way out, perhaps because I'm several inches above average height?!

Once that was sorted I was delighted with the fit of my bra, but sadly I've had to return it today. The stitching was poorly finished and started to unravel after one (very careful) wash. Initially I took this on the chin and re-finished the stitching, but the last straw came this morning when one of the ribbon trims on the band spontaneously popped out of its seam! These aren't budget bras by any means so this kind of quality is very disappointing, especially for a brand that trades on its eco credentials.

Top quality product sent out in a timely and well communicated manner.

You do not cover shipping for US Returns. I am stuck with a bra that does not fit. I even purchased your tape and used it to measure. I'm sad that there is no simple return/exchange process for me and I feel that my money has been wasted.

The bra is super comfortable without being drab. Very rare to find an everyday bra which is sexy and supportive. I’ll definitely purchase the black next too.

This is a fab tape, I’ve always worn the wrong at size and since coming off the pill, my boobs have grown and I had no idea what size I now am!. I now have some great new bras that fit! :)

The bralette is by far the comfiest bra I've ever worn - I often forget I'm even wearing it! Plus it was a bit of lift, who knew comfort could feel so sexy?! Love Nudea! Amazing quality as always!
