Even though the bra I ordered wasn’t right for me, I received a full refund quickly when I returned it, which was also easy to do. The quality of the bra was very good and the material so soft, pity it just didn’t suit.

Love the bras!
The bras are very comfortable and look nice too! They come with a net bag to wash them safely in the wash machine, which is great.
The online system allowed me to choose the perfect size for me. Great purchase, definitely recommended!

Fantastic customer service from Nudea
The customer service from Nudea is fantastic. I didn’t receive my first order as it was lost by Royal Mail. As soon as I notified Nudea, they sent a replacement with a different carrier which arrived the next day. I had to return one of the items and I sent it back without a Returns form and was worried they would not connect the return to me, so I emailed them and again they responded immediately and could not have been more helpful. I would certainly recommend this company.
