Great team replacing existing wooden Velux window and replacing it with polyurethane one plus new blind and new pvc around window looks like a new room and Stephanie in the office keeps you updated all and all 10 out of 10

What a brilliant team led by Terry & Lenny!
My job was installing a new triple Velux roof window.
From arranging the quote at the beginning, Terry was courteous, professional and communicated everything clearly. This was followed by Lenny taking charge on site of the installation where it quickly became clear that his priority was always to make sure his customer was happy with the way the job was going. Attention to detail and just doing things right were obviously also first in mind by the whole team. The result is a high-quality installation that I could not be happier with, and, as others have said, the clean up inside and outside the house after completing the job went above and beyond. It is easy to be sceptical of the amount of 5 star reviews this company has – my advice from my experience is don’t be!
Without exaggeration I have had work done with numerous contractors over the years and have never come across a contractor so deserving of the 5-star reviews that Nugen Exteriors have.

NeuGen Exteriors are excellent. I’m very pleased with the work they’ve done — my new roof and gutters have made a huge difference, and the house looks so much better.

They are professional, efficient, and work quickly. They also took great care in handling waste materials and ensured everything was cleaned up thoroughly after completion.

We chose a respectable competitor that ultimately turned out to be slightly cheaper than NuGen for a roof with the same specs. You know what it's like, when a house needs tens of thousands for a full refurb, every little helps.
I don't go to Tesco for life advice but they're right on that one.
But.
Ever since not going with NuGen, we can't help but think that we should have.
Every step of the way!
Nobody came remotely close to the attention to details and customer service we got from them.
Terry and Lenny are two absolute legends, they listened, they understood our needs and most importantly they cared. Not just while trying to sell us a roof, they cared even after turning them down for the job.
They really looked after us and just can't thank them enough.

About four years back, I had Nugen Exteriors take care of my gutters, fascias, and soffits, and they did an outstanding job with exceptional customer service.So, when a roof tile slipped just before I was leaving for vacation a couple of weeks ago, Terry was the first person to come to mind. I reached out to him at 6:06 PM, sharing my concerns about the potential damage if the tile fell.Terry graciously agreed to come by that night and arrived at my place by 6:40 PM to evaluate the situation. Understanding my worries, he promptly organized his team to fix the slipped tile the next day.The customer service was once again top-notch, even beyond regular business hours. I'm incredibly grateful to Terry and his team for responding so quickly and resolving everything within a day. I'll definitely return to them for future needs and highly recommend their services.

Fantastic workforce. All round great company. We had roofing, roughcasting, and some electric work done. Beautiful finish, and a great bunch of guys. Very professional in outlook and attitude.

Choosing a firm to carry out any major work needing done on your home is always a worry. Will the work be done to a high standard? Can I trust them to be honest about what needs done? Will I get value for money?
I can honestly say with Nugen we felt we'd definitely made the right decision.
We were looking to have two gable end's roughcast removed and replaced as water had got in behind it and our roof assessed.
Terry came out and advised after checking the roof inside and out that it would be best to replace the roof. We had expected this after having had a few previous repairs over the years. We also asked for two replacement velux windows and three new windows downstairs.
The quote wasn't the lowest but from past experience we know that's not always the best way to go.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the house has been transformed. All work was carried out to a very high standard, the boys on the roof were all hard working and polite and John and his team did an amazing job with the roughcast.
Terry is a perfectionist and made sure a few extra bits and pieces were carried out so he was as happy as us with the finished job.
The site was thoroughly cleaned up after completion, even down to washing windows and downpipes.
Terry and Lenny were there to do a final walk through with us before leaving to ensure we were satisfied.
I've no hesitation in recommending, a firm you can trust to do the job required and do it well.

From inception till completion the experience of working with NuGen has been a pleasure!
Taking time to explain the design, the breakdown of the project and the whole experience was most professional.
I have to complement the general workforce for their attitude, work ethic, skills and politeness. Never once did I hear any bad language, please & thank yous were the norm instead.
Would I recommend NuGen? Absolutely 100% without hesitation. A very professional job completed to the highest standars, value for money and great feedback and attention to detail at all times.

We had Nugen Exteriors Ltd. out to do a full roof replacement, as well as new cladding and drainage, and the results are absolutely incredible. To be honest, I was a little skeptical at first because of all the glowing reviews I read online. But after seeing the finished product, I can confidently say that every single positive review was completely accurate.

Really can’t recommend any NuGen highly enough. We had an old flat roof needing replacing, Terry came out saw what needed done, came up with how to improve things. Great service from planning, roof work, roughcasting, interior finishes and painting all included in the price. Terry and Lennie were fantastic throughout, always tidied up at days end, all at a good price. Great company to do business with. 👏👏👏👏.

Excellent job from beginning to end. Nugen had the most competitive quote for my roughcasting. Lenny and John were brilliant and kept in contact throughout the job. I work from home and John helped fit the work around my job to minimise any noise. The guys cleaned up after so my neighbours weren’t inconvenienced. I got the job done in Jan 2025 and we had a storm so John and Lenny came out at night to make sure all the scaffolding was secure. One year later and the roughcasting is still looking as new. I’m so pleased with the work these guys have done for me
