Iam writing this and it wasn't me having my roof done. Terry and his team were just lovely and helpful , cleaned up the place put the fence back gave me a goodie bag of beautiful cakes and other things for the inconvenience, his team especially Gerry Roberstson cleaned of all the debris from my roof and gave me excellent advice for my roof . I feel like having my roof done even though it doesn't need it yet as the job they did to my neighbours looks amazing and fitting there new sky lights. Iam definitely keeping the business card for when I do need them . I have had builders , allsorts to my property not so nice mannered. Terry's team were just a lovely crew of people , no bad language shouting and just absolute grafters. I would recommend them for sure. From the neighbour. Sharon.

I had my roof fitted 2 years ago. Sent a message to Terry saying there is a drip from my gutters. He arrived within 3 weeks of this with his team to fix this, no problem whatsoever. I was happy with this timescale as I know they are busy and he will fix it. He respected my space by waiting until I invited him back into the kitchen, and took his boots off to walk through the house to front door. He gave me a clear reason for the issue - weather. So happy with his service I have asked for a quote for roughcasting. Would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

Terry and his team provided a top quality job, start to finish. Quick and efficient take down, professional install, with a great team effort on the tidy up. All completed within the promised timeline.

Had a great experience from Terry and the rest of the NuGen Exteriors team when they replaced the roof tiles and all other associated work. It has been commented by a few friends and visitors, that the new roof is 'the best in the street' in comparison to others that have had a roof replacement. The neighbour was well pleased that the NuGen team was excellent in the clear-up after the work was finished. I will be using NuGen Exteriors again for other work for sure.

Excellent job from start to finish. The squad were professional, cheerful, polite and very good at what they do. I was impressed at how quickly they stripped and replaced my fairly large roof, and at the care taken to clean up afterwards. I had gutters and downpipes replaced and thought, mistakenly as it turned out, that they had disturbed an adjacent fence. Nonetheless they immediately returned and corrected my fence problem. Superb and very prompt after sales service. Would recommend this firm to anyone looking for quick, expert, reasonably priced roof work.

The Nugen guys were great. Top class professional job from start to find sh. The weather was absolutley awful, but the guys worked on through, Terry juggled other jobs to ensure the job got finished to the timeframe. All tradespersons were so polite and informative and cleaned up perfectly when finished. Highly reccomended.

We were very pleased with the work done at our house new guttering and sofits. The job was done promptly and there was no mess left. The price was also very competitive... Would not hesitate to recommend this company!!

If you want a new roof, roughcast or windows/doors installed to the best of industry standard efficiently then you need to contact Nugen Exteriors. We recently had an extension put on our house requiring all the the above and after various visits from sales people and other companies we arranged a visit with Terry. He was a breathe of fresh air, straight to the point and no garbage talk. We could tell Terry would be the man for the job and showed a real care to get things right first time. The end result has exceeded our expectations. The level of customer service and care throughout the job was second to none and we cannot thank Terry and the team enough for all their efforts in making our home a dream home. I cannot recommend Nugen enough. If you need any of these things you really need to give them a call.

Terry and Lenny were very approachable from the first time I met them and were always willing to engage and assist with every little query big or small. They have just finished our new roof and we are delighted with the outcome. The site has been made tidy and clean and they have made all the new white fascia and soffit gleaming. I must also note that our roof was getting done in the winter months, making it that bit more challenging with exceptionally wet and cold days. I commend all the guys working throughout the adverse weather. The guys were always polite and considerate to other tradesmen on site and went out there way to assist with queries from neighbours etc. They also had to do additional work that popped up and were willing to quote and carry out the work at a reasonable cost which they did not have to do. Overall, would highly recommend Nugen. Thanks again for all the great work and a quality finished product.

Nugen have just finished rough casting my house . From start to finish we were kept up to date with the progress . Everything left clean at the end . Brilliant work . Would highly recommend.

Terry and the guys at Nugen have been top class since the get go. From quote to completion everything went great.

We started with a full roof replacement, where they managed to fit us in earlier than originally thought! We then decided to add new facias and guttering and they added it on no problem.

The team were great the whole time and kept everything pretty tidy throughout.

Overall a good job done, excellent customer service, overall an amazing customer experience.

Roof replacement, fascias, guttering and downpipes. Everything looks good, there have been a few significant downpours since completion and everything is doing its job as expected.

What sets Nugen apart is their customer service from quote to completion it was a different standard.

Terry visited for the quote, explained what was needed and what they would do. The price was around other quotes received, not the most expensive nor cheapest but it wasn't about what other people couldn't do it was about what they would do.

Terry visited the week before the job commenced to see if everything was ok and to advise of a slight delay which wasn't an issue, the job had been booked in for 4 months and I appreciate that sometimes the unexpected happens on other jobs. For other companies that would have been a phone call but Terry popped in on a Friday afternoon as he was passing.

During the job Terry stayed in touch, there had been an issue with a bit of mess on the first day but when I let Terry know he advised what caused the issue and after which everything was clean and tidy, he even checked in on the neighbours just to make sure they were ok with the clean up and whether there were any issues.

Any phonecalls made were always answered promptly by Stacey and was always friendly and polite.

Fantastic phoned this morning re a leaking conservatory gutter Terry came out this afternoon fixed the problem there and then very impressed will definately use them again

I can only recommend this company 100%. They carried out a replacement conservatory roof to an excellent standard. Lenny and his team were extremely professional and answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease and nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I would recommend this company 100%. Very professional, excellent work, Lenny and his team extremely pleasant, arrived on time, worked hard, tidy, very respectful to my elderly mum...I could go on and on. The finished roof is fabulous, I'm delighted with the result.

I can honestly say that from the outset, NuGen were very professional and after our initial discussions I knew this was the company I was going to use. Having just completed the work as we wanted to fit it into our working schedule, we are delighted with the result. Our roof was taken back to the roof frames and considering it was done during the period of three storms, it was a challenge. However, the team worked through and kept me up to date with all the progress and planned each day in advance. The guys were superb. Their attention to detail is superb, which makes the end result look fantastic. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. Terry and Lenny were very accommodating and I can easily see why they are highly recommended. At the end of the work, all the facings and roof were washed down, including all the monoblock and garden tidied up. It is always a stressful time when a large job is carried out on your house, however a company you can trust makes a world of difference. All in all I can highly recommend NuGen Exteriors, and would not hesitate to use them again for any future work. Well done guys, keep up the exceptional work.

We recently had our whole roof replaced as well as fascias and gutterings .We are very satisfied with the completed work. Terry and Lenny were communicative and very helpful. Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly and thoroughly. I felt that they were trustworthy and would recommend them highly to others for the professional, high standards of their work
