Solid service; responsive support

We purchased a few numbers. We held some here; txt->email and vm worked without issues.

We also ported a couple numbers out to AT&T which was smooth when we followed NumberGarage's detailed port-out instructions.

NumberGarage.Com; Twilio, Inc.; Jeff Lawson; Khozema Shipchandler; George Hu; Keryn Smith are bunch of CROOKS!

At a time when the world is facing challenges with corona virus, we also have to deal with idiotic dilemmas of those crooks that just don't play by the rules of decency and honesty. And I guarantee, crooks don't learn their lessons until courts' intervention become necessary. And you ask why it has to get to this? Here is what happens that you need to know, so you don't get where I am today. Although, as the reader you may say this is not a good time for this, and I will say, you are correct, but needs to be done and everyone needs to know about it.

Several months ago, I ported out six of my business phone numbers that I make my living off of to NumberGarage.com who makes all kind of representation of honesty and decency which are all false and frivolous. It has been almost 30 days that I am trying to get my numbers ported out of the hands of these charlatans who keep giving my new phone company hard time by creating excuses after excuses.

First excuse was, the porting out number is blocked. Ok, I unblocked it. then, it was pin number that allegedly did not match; even though it did, since I copy and pasted it directly from my account at NumberGarage.com website. Then, they claim they don't service my number and "Twilio, Inc." does; although, they are all the same crooks. And, after my attorney wrote a letter to all of them, including the owners, Twilio, Inc.; Jeff Lawson; Khozema Shipchandler; George Hu; and Keryn Smith; Brian at NumberGarage.com delivered the information that my new carries needed to port out my numbers. So, I transferred the exact information that they sent to my attorney to my new carrier. Yesterday, they again rejected my numbers because they claim since I have another number being ported out, I can not port out more. Lame excuses. I ported in my six numbers to NumberGarage.com, all at the same time; that was not a problem. Now, I keep getting one problem after another.

These basta__s know after transfer they will not get any more money from me, so they are delaying it until the month ends and new invoice is generated and if I don't pay I will be in default and they will have lawful excuse not to port out my numbers. Keep in mind, I am also paying my new carrier for these numbers at the same. NumberGarage.com and the remaining corporate crooks just have no idea how much money I am losing every day for which they will be liable plus 100 times more. Therefore, I just directed my attorney to go ahead and file a lawsuit. It seems like that's the only language these fu-k faces understand.

Bottom line is this; if you decide to port in or out more than one number, work with several reputable companies and not just with one so your numbers would not be tied up with the same company in the event you decide to take apart from that company, I learned it the hard way. And, also don't look for cheap basta__ds like NumberGarage and Twillio, because it is not worth the headache. Take this lesson from me and pay a little more to do business with honest and reputable companies or it will become too expensive for you. Also share my pain and stay away from NumberGarage.com, if you do not want to go through what I am going through. YOU WILL END UP TAKING THEM TO COURT.

It appears that they are involved in so many lawsuits, most of which they have lost and they are now kissing appellate courts' Ass_s to get out of the sh_t they put themselves in.

Thief NumberGarage, who tries to steal my numbers, if you don't have a headache, why take painkiller? Well, guess what, YOU NOW GOT ANOTHER HEADACHE WHICH WILL NOT GO AWAY, NO MATTER HOW MANY PAINKILLERS YOU TAKE; UNTIL I GET WHAT I WANT; AND IT IS NOT GOING TO BE ONLY MY NUMBERS. PROMISE!
