No plates, no response
Ordered single rear plate and money taken. Uploaded required documentation straight away. Since then nothing has happened, documentation not marked as checked and no response to emails / online form.

Letters on number plate started peeling off within the first week. Asked for photos of the defective plate and since providing them, no contact and won’t respond to emails and calls. I noticed the plates were also poorly trimmed when delivered but sorted that out myself.

Well rating if 1.5 is above what they deserve. If u call they only work between 9am and 12pm. 3 hours, ...nice day that. Are ignorant to email returns. Just send information the same time and time again with no clarification advise. Won't use again. Save your money with them. Just go to Halfords, as I've done, and get the plates there and then without as much trouble. Might be plain but they work

Ive never been spoken to with such a bad attitude by a customer service rep.
Emailed a complaint, not even acknowledged, no apology. No interest !!
No plates !!
No refund !!
Spend you're money elsewhere

Don’t even deserve 1 Star, uploaded V778 on 3 occasion before it was accepted. Emails back from customer service are sent like a text message, highly unprofessional, plate eventually dispatched on a 48 hours tracked, 5 days later still no plate.

Avoid at all cost. This company is ridiculous, Customer service is shocking and I have had to submit all my ID about 8 times as it keeps getting rejected. Wish I’d went to Halfords to be in and out in 5 mins with my plates

ase avoid this company will take money and you cancel item won’t refund so have paid for a plate and never received item to late as car is ,sold use another company honestly I this this company is a con email to ask if I would get a refund they said no , not item and £23 gone down the Pan would have rather of giving it to charity, they these con man, avoid at all cost. I would definitely not recommend this is a complete honest review not a scam to warn others

Having previously used them with no problems a year ago, this time they haven't delivered anything in over two weeks (still waiting) despite taking my money. They don't respond to email and there's no other way of contacting them. Website is constantly down for maintenance. Very poor

Ordered and paid for two numberplates but to date not received anything to date. I have tried email but get no response. They do not have a listed phone number. But there is a phone number for another company called NumberPlate.Com which is different from NumberPlates.Com (without the S at the end of plate(s). I will now call my credit card company to investigate. This company must be a fraud in my opinion. Does anyone know how to successfully contact them?

Placed my order earlier in the year, emailed for updates, money taken, nothing to show for it. Had a contact of Ben. Absolute shisters, do not use! Have now spoken with my credit card company to raise an issue. How have they got such a high trust pilot rating??

edit. a week after sending documents, nothing has been shipped. website is still down for maintenance. I suspect this company is entering administration or has stopped trading and any outstanding jobs will not be completed. ive had no reply to my emails.

placed an order ages ago and ever since the website seems to be continuously upgrading. so haven't been able to upload my documents. ended up buying them from Halfords as no guarantee or reassurance id receive them even after emailing their customer service.

I tried to order but did not provide docs and order status said pending. Got docs together and ordered. Was charged twice. Eventually they refunded one order. Still waiting for delivery of order!

I ordered 2 licence plates and 2 plate holders some 8 weeks ago. The only reason that this is not a 1 star review is that the plates themselves did eventually arrive, albeit after a month. The holders have still not arrived and the company have now stopped responding to my emails. They were curiously silent when asked about a package tracking number which suggests to me that the items never existed.

I received part of my order and have since May 20 been trying to get a refund of items never received. It is like hitting my head against a brick wall.

Prompt delivery of plates. Plates well made, clear and reasonably easy to fix. I would use again

I've used this company a couple of times recently, and their products are great quality and very good value. But the backing on just one plate started to lift after almost a year. It was replaced within 24 hours with no hesitation. The mark of a great company is how they deal with customer queries, and Numberplatesdirect response was first class. Highly recomened.
