Awful company do not use they do not even deserve 1 star, originally i ordered the plates on the 10th of June, then after being sent a royal mail tracking number nothing ever arrived. i then emailed to ask where the plates were and got a response saying i needed to inform them of the personalisation i had requested as their system had an issue so the plates were never made, i then sent all the details and have heard nothing since and i am now being ignored. these guys are absolute con men.

Such a Shame!!!
I have been using this company a few years now with no issues and great service. Ordered two plates and two packs of sticky pads, plates arrived with no sticky pads. I have reached out by email and website contact form and I never received a reply. Such a shame as I liked their quality of plates but customer service after sales are non existent. I will never use again nor recommend as I’ve done in the past. Need to sort yourselves out as your feedback is very poor.

Terrible service
Terrible service, my item never even reached the Royal Mail for weeks and after 3 emails (as instructed on there website) requesting cancelation or refund they never responded.
I disputed the payment through my banking and suddenly they email saying they will refund.. but then weeks later my item arrived despite me cancelling and they dospute the refund payment with my bank... so im square one now with an item i requested to cancel and down on money.
I have email yet again requesting return but i dont expect to hear anything.
Horrendous service id advise to stay clear.

Misleading company name
Misleading company name. I needed a set of basic number plates for my father. It was an emergency as he was set leave on Saturday. Ordered on the 10th June (documents sent same day), I was hoping to receive them on Friday. In the end, I had to go to a local shop where they printed them in under half an hour and they were cheaper.
They finally arrived Saturday 13th midday.
Nothing to say against the quality of the plates, but I chose this company because of its name, suggesting they would be the fastest option as it was an emergency. It turns out it is NOT next day delivery, they are not faster than others. Misleading.
Added: and of course their reply was created via ChatGPT... Joke of a company.

Order 2 standard number plates
Order 2 standard number plates with a set of stick pads, received an email saying a parcel containing plates had been sent out, waited a week to receive only sticky pads. Sent an email a few days ago and got no reply.
Update- ordered on the 4th june, there has been a few emails back and forth with them sending me a sorry 30% of my next order email, yet my original order still hasn't arrived! When i replied telling them it was an insult they replied saying my order got delivered (which only contained sticky pads).

Pretty much same review as others, ordered plates on Monday and came Wednesday, contacted Shaun and blamed it on the delivery company, replyed to suggest using another delivery company as this is tarnishing your name(NEXT DAY PLATES) 🥴. When they did turn up they had wrong spacing on. My fault really as should have done a search for reviews on this company first.

Just like everyone else who has ordered recently still waiting on plates to arrive and no response to any of my emails. Ordered 24th May, royal mail still shows as awaiting the parcel to get to them. Ordered show plates with particular spacing needed. What arrived looks ridiculous. Just like other reviews (which I really wish I’d read first) they are now ignoring my emails but flooding my inbox with promotions. Please don’t waste your money with this company. I placed an order on 3 weeks ago despite numerous emails after an initial reply I have heard nothing, no number plates no replies to queries both on line and via email. Very poor service. On principle I intend to pursue a refund with the help of my bank and trading standards.

No longer next day, and no response
I don't think this company is still in business. I used this company back in 2021, and they were great, so I thought I would use them again this year. I ordered on May 20th at 12:19, got an email asking for paperwork, and then at 13:30, I received an email saying they had been dispatched and received a Royal Mail tracking code.
As I had used them before for the same number plates, I emailed them to ask if they still needed my ID or not. Tracking still says they are expecting the parcel, and I've emailed them another 3 times, tried their Facebook Messenger, and called the number listed there, and no answer as of June 7th. I can't raise a complaint with Shop.app until it's been 30 days. I would avoid this company now.

Order my number plates and a fixing kit. Definitely didn’t arrive the ‘next day’, also didn’t get the fixing kit. I’ve sent two emails about the missing fixing kit, eventually got a response and a refund on the kit. Number plates are great.

I ordered Number plate on the 31st of…
I ordered Number plate on the 31st of May on the basis it said next day I understood this was a weekend Sunday. I ordered it expecting next working day at least which will be Tuesday delivery. Emailed the contact Services no reply. No other form of contact provided so cannot contact them. Still no reply Wednesday no number plate gave tracking details for Royal mail tracking number does not work it says access denied to the website for some reason again Thursday now on the tracking details is says expected yesterday I’ve not received no numberplates. I can’t get hold of anyone. No one contacting me back. The only reason why I went through these people is because it said next day obviously is just stay advertisement that they put on just to get customers folded and in today product and making you pay for something that you’re not going to get such bad service I don’t know who’s running the company maybe someone sitting at home in the Back shed producing these plates doing a full-time job somewhere so unprofessional I’m in desperate need of these Number plates can’t drive anywhere because haven’t got any place

Not next day and bad illegal spacing.
I ordered a new plate for my motorcycle! For starters, it never was next day. When it finally turn up. the plater turned out to be wrong. They got the right numbers and letters but the letters were not central to the plate! Wrong size type and would be illegal to use on the road. I have tried to call them but no answer, emailed them several times no reply. There quick enough to take your money with a very bad customer service. So if you want to take the risk, good luck!

Thoroughly disappointed
Thoroughly disappointed. Ordered a plate to go on my new trailer on Wednesday lunchtime and sent off the relevant info within 30 mins of ordering to confirm I own the vehicle. The Plate was not “dispatched” until Thursday @14:30 - Royal Mail say they didn’t receive it until Friday and it is now Saturday and still no sign after paying for next day delivery.
I have now missed my opportunity to go and collect a large item with my trailer as it’s been given to someone else. Would not use this company again and would urge anyone to try others first. Can’t comment on quality as I’d need to be a time traveler.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering, I also fell for the name, next day plates needing them urgently. Unfortunately not received and no sign of them arriving. I have emailed them and no response, the frustrating thing is they are able to give a swift response when you send documents for the order and then no response once waiting on delivery. I have ended up going to a shop. If you read this review, trust me, go to a shop. Halfords and euro parts will print the same day within the hour, save your money and go elsewhere
