Everthing okay maybe you just should sent some emails when you oreder something for example like order confirmations,when the order is dispached like that but all the rest excellent.

Parcel left outside and stolen. Customer service slow and unhelpful

Unfortunately, after only 2 months of normal, not everyday wear, the inner lining of the right shoe's heel has completely torn open. The left shoe is also starting to show signs of premature wear in the same area. I sent them a formal complaint 8 days ago but no aswer at all (order #148694)

Update 09-Jul: I sent the photos 3 times already in email but still waiting to resolve this isuue. I trusted your brand to deliver both a quality product and reliable customer service, but this experience has been highly disappointing.
Update 14-Jul: Finally they will send a replacment item.

I have to say it’s extremely frustrating to order a pair of shoes that cost £190 and receive almost no communication. I haven’t had any updates about my order, and I have no idea what’s happening with it.

I placed my order on the 23rd and paid extra for Next Day Delivery because I needed to receive the shoes before my holiday. Today is the 27th, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I am leaving for my holiday on Monday, so I specifically paid for the faster shipping to make sure I would receive them in time.

I am very disappointed that the delivery service I paid extra for has not been provided. Could you please let me know the current status of my order and explain why there have been no updates? I would also like a refund for the Next Day Delivery charge, as the service I paid for was clearly not provided. Thank you.

I wrote to Numeris enquiring about buying spare ribbed laces for my grandsons trainers. My fault one decide to disappear from the washing line on a very windy day.
Unfortunately you can not purchase laces seperately. Maybe a policy they need to look into changing.
However, I did get a nice reply within an hour of contacting them.

My experience is not good. I ordered the shoes almost four weeks ago and now they tell me I have to pay customs and no one answers me from customer service. I am very disappointed.

Bought a pair from here. I think it was my 7th pair, the pair had a faulty pair of laces. Numeris refuse to send me a pair out even though I showed them the problem with the laces and also sent numerous photos! It makes no sense? I even said I was willing to buy a pair and they said we don't sell separately!! I now have a pair that I cannot wear! Makes no sense to me!

Ordered for 1-2 day delivery as I go away on next week been told the item has been dispatched but I haven’t received any tracking information. Have now been told there is a shipping delay so had my refund issued promptly

shoes of terrible quality, they broke in less than two weeks... wrote letters to support - no one even answers...

After i buy the shoes, I would have had to wait 2-4 working days to get the shoes but in reta agi it will take more than 2 weeks, and if I hadn't asked for information I wouldn't have received any

I recently made an order atelier powder mix unfortunately they emailed me back saying they don’t have it in stock alternative Tyler helped me out by doing a fancy a swap I have done got atelier power pink and the order was shipped out on the same day will do another review on when I receive the shoes will be purchasing more from this soon.

I know that it’s a very nice shoe brand, but unfortunately I never received my pair. I assume the problem may be with DHL, but it’s been two weeks since I contacted Numeris for assistance, and I still haven’t received a response.

Customer service replied fast and they compensated for late delivery, can’t wait to rock my shoe

comfortable, stylish and of quality I understand that is very expensive to have this quality but maybe a little bit too expensive maybe 150-180 would be better, because of how expensive the ship costs are, but I recommend this shoes over many others, I also like the packaging and I hope you will open a real store in Naples, delivery service was perfect and please let me know about the Naples option.
