I purchased a pair of shoes with…
I purchased a pair of shoes with next-day delivery, but they arrived three days late. Unfortunately, when I wore the shoes, I found that they were too small. As I was away at the time and had no alternative footwear available, I had no choice but to wear them.
After approximately an hour of use, the shoes became extremely uncomfortable and caused my feet to cramp. The discomfort was so severe that I had to remove them and switch to wearing sliders instead and since I have not worn them.

Slight problem with delivery but sorted quickly !
Initial problem with delivery , awaiting stock , my son did not recieve for his prom .
Trainers have now been delivered , they did Next day delivery . Numeris redeemed themselves by putting a complimentary gift , nice touch , thank you .

Delayed shipping, damaged box, and missing laces
I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I paid extra for expedited shipping, but my order still arrived later than expected. In addition, I was surprised to discover that I had to pay customs fees, which were never clearly communicated during the checkout process.
When the package finally arrived, the shoe box was damaged.
The biggest issue, however, was that the Pink Denim trainers did not include the extra pair of white laces that were clearly shown and promoted on the brand’s social media channels. This was an important part of my purchase decision, and if I had known the white laces were no longer included, I would not have placed the order.
After contacting customer support, I was informed that they recently stopped including the extra laces, but this information was not clearly communicated before my purchase.
Paying premium prices should come with transparency and better customer service.
Between the delayed expedited shipping, unexpected customs charges, damaged packaging, and missing advertised laces, this experience has been very disappointing.
I hope the company takes responsibility and improves its communication with customers in the future.

I really like the quality and style of the shoes themselves, but the overall customer experience needs improvement. The marketing team does a fantastic job building hype, but the back-office support and customer service simply cannot keep up with the demand. Additionally, the women’s range is severely neglected for smaller sizes; it has featured the same three pairs in the exact same style for months now. Great product, but the operations and stock variety need serious attention.

Quality of shoes is trash
Quality of shoes is trash, shoe fell apart after 2 wears. Customer service won’t do anything help. Stay away.
Edit because of their reply. Even if I didn’t buy the shoe directly of them, it was still produced by them & they made money of it. Also they offered me a 10 or 15% discount code on my next (bad quality) sneakers. I will never buy Numeris again. Gave away the broken pair & am selling 3 other pairs.

I placed my order more than three weeks ago, but I still haven’t received any shipping information. The website states that shipping takes 1–2 days, which is why this delay is very disappointing.
