Rip off

If u look at the first few reviews u come across and look at the phases used ,these are the phrases they used in the advertisement of the nurafix, so makes me wander if these are fake setup from the people who are selling these, right get to the point this dose not get rid of scratches like ir says , yes a light hair line one but not a keyed scratch , your better of buying Tcut dose just the same and at a much lower price , never be fooled again by these rip of merchants

Fraud in a bottle

*******************************************
Do not purchase this product!!!
In no way value for money and you can get the same if not better results from general cut and polishing products.

I placed an order to see if this was a worth while product and willing to lose the payment price if not that good or as read the was a no hassle return policy if I chose that option.

On selecting my order, and putting in my card details in, for what i thought was the price, I was subjected to multiple up selling pages before coming to a page with, 'thank you for your order' but the price had doubled due to warranty and post.

At no point did I select to pay for a warranty for this product and what exactly is it for!!

I immediately (within 5 mins) contacted customer service to cancel the order, to be told about 30 mins later that they couldn't as it had been shipped. (fastest turnaround times on earth!)

I was told they would extend this magical warranty that I didn't choose to 45 days and that they recommend that I tried the product and if not happy, contact them and return it.

On receiving the product I did as the recommended and on trying it, it was ok but not worth the $80 for two very small bottles of spray.

As informed, I contacted the company again, to now be informed that I could happily return the product, unused and in the original packaging or they could issue a $30 refund and I could keep it.

Since I was already willing to waste $40 to see if it was any good, I cut my lose and took the $30, as postage would have cost me that.

Please, Please don't waste your time and money on this product and company, as far as I'm concerned, it fraud in a bottle.

What a rip off!

I placed an order on 6th Jan 2025, and received it on 18th Jan. I paid £24.99 and received a 30ml spray bottle very similar to a perfume spray. That equates to 0.83p per Ml!
I can buy a 120Ml bottle of the same product on Amazon for £6.99.
I've had no response to my email concerning this rip off!

This product is a big scam

This product is a big scam. We placed our order last November and until now we haven’t received it. Emailed their customer service but they just keep saying that it was lost and they’ll replace it but until now nothing. A big scam. Beware!

This company will deduct unauthorised money from your account, it is a total scam

Same thing happened to me. Even the amount being charged. So clearly it's not my issue when browsing their online shop. I wished I read review in this web site before my purchase.

Ordered two bottles from mobile phone after clicking that 'get 50% off' big red button. After paying via paypal, I was charged AU$126 instead of the displayed 2 bottles priced AUD $43.10 together that I saw before the payment.
Also charging for warranty without it being authorised, I tried to cancel right away, no response despite an advice coming through there is a delay in shipping. I will put this into Dispute with PayPal for the $83 I was over charged.

Total rip-off, youtube should make nurafix accountable

Same thing happened to me. Even the amount being charged. So clearly it's not my issue when browsing their online shop. I wished I read review in this web site before my purchase.

A total rip-off. Ordered two bottles from mobile phone after clicking that 'get 50% off' big red button. After paying via paypal, I was charged AU$165.73 instead of the displayed 2 bottles priced $43.10 together that I saw before the payment.

Emailed nurafix support straight after the order, but they declined to cancel my order, says it's being packed and dispatched from warehouse. How could they do that minutes after my order? Additionally, they said it 3 times in the email which gives me a thought that they're bot-generated. How can they just use bots to respond to customers by customer care and hardly care about the order?

I've raised dispute about this transaction to PayPal. Not sure whether I can get my money back.

Why does YouTube allow this rip-off products to advertise?

A total rip-off

A total rip-off. Order one to test it expecting about $40 including postage, and they take about $165 from your bank account so they can send you seven tiny bottles of the most expensive water in the world. Why does YouTube allow this bunch, as well as assorted similar rip-off products, to advertise?

Refund policy is solid

Knowing there’s a money-back guarantee gave me peace of mind, but I didn’t even need it because the product worked great.
