So I got my sauna yesterday and I was excited. It took awhile to ship to me but no biggie. As I was reading the manual I realized I got a smaller version and that there’s three different versions or sizes which I didn’t know and that’s the only reason I’m giving four stars because I would of gotten the bigger version but it’s a great sauna. I love it and plan to use it everyday

Lots of challenges…

While I love the cold plunge this company has been ridiculously challenging to work with. It has taken far longer than expected to get the sauna (well over six weeks). Then when I received it they sent the wrong smaller product (Go vs Pro). I have reached out to customer service but have yet to hear a response back on potential swapping of the product or a partial refund of my money to offset the cost difference. Last, after five weeks I still haven't received the Sauna Mat or the bluetooth speaker. Overall, not really impressed.

After a bumpy first experience where I…

After a bumpy first experience where I was sent the wrong product. They proved that there customer service is excellent. The shipped my the direct product and went above and beyond to make things right. Sometimes an experience like this, where the company proves that have good customer service, leaves a better impression than if the experience was simple to begin with. And also, the sauna pro is excellent. It gets super hot, I use it 5 times a week.

like others

like others, I ordered march 15 and I have yet to see the product being delivered.. it shows that a label has been created and that is it.. I am starting to wonder if this company is a scam. I have reached out to the company with a tracking number and was told that there is a delay in shipping but yet have not had any movement what so ever on my package. Waiting yet again on an update from this company .. if not I will be deputing this with my bank.

Poor delivery and customer service

I took advantage of one of their sales and got the elite bundle with the sauna pro, cold plunge, chiller, and accessory pack.

The chiller was the first and heaviest package to arrive in about 1 week, followed by the plunge a few days later. However, it took 1 month to receive the sauna and they shipped me the go (smallest) size rather than the pro (medium).

Super frustrating after dropping almost $900 on this bundle. Still haven't received the accessories and waiting for them to reply about fixing the sauna mixup.

Unless they can go above and beyond to fix all of this, I would highly recommend going with a different sauna company.

Communication would help slot! Ordered March 6 today is March 27 and still haven’t received the sauna! Sent messages often response is null. Can’t get status of order. Said it would be shipped in 3 to 5 days it’s been 20.

Innitially upset but customer service made things right. Love the unit's heat!

I was upset when I received a unit that was not as tall as expected but Kis, your wonderful customer service rep made things right (after a bit of a delay in communication).
I have only one more complaint about the unit and that is the zippered opening is not in the front of the unit but in the corner which makes for a narrow entry and the possibility of early failure of the frame and/or zipper as it is stressed when I squeeze through that smaller opening.
Otherwise, on the plus side I'm REALLY happy with the heat the dry heater produces and I've had no problems with functionality in over 10 uses so far this month. I put it in my garage near my outdoor shower and I love the "Cold Plunge" after using it!

Its pretty ....meh. Overpriced junk.

The build quality in terms of the polls and tent are pretty good but the tent smells like chemical when you first take it out so you need to air-it-out for a while.

Next, there's nowhere to attach the heater except where there is a "gap" in the soft-fabric where the two pieces screw-in. So you really have to place the heater half-way up in the Sauna. The result is the top of the sauna reaches the target temperature but the bottom felt cold. I have it on a concrete slap and my feet felt freezing. Like there was zero-heat near me feet the entire-time. My head felt a bit warm but my upper-body didn't feel any heat at all. In order to 'feel warm', I had to stand up the entire time but again, only my upper-body felt warm, lower body felt cold, as there are two very distinct temperatures from top to bottom.

Sitting on the chair gave me zero-heat. I didn't sweat at all with the thing set to 158oF because it never heated past 143F to 141F then stopped heating; and this temperature represented the midpoint or waste-line/head-line if sitting. Like there wasn't enough power/umph in the two heaters to warm the small-sauna space.

I'll probably end up having to either build a shelf to sit on so I'm sitting at the top-half of the sauna, like a step-up platform made from 2-by-4s or buy an independent space-heater to bring in to 'heat' the space. Overall, pretty disappointed for the price-point. Its effectively a tent with not enough insulation.

I am still thinking about how to modify it to be fit for purpose. I think if they'd put a fan at the top that directs head down, you'd have better distribution. Maybe add double-insulation to the top to prevent heat escaping (again, I could add some fat insulation -- but at that point, I'm basically building a sauna around the sauna.)

Basically, I could have made this from home by buying 50' of 24.6 x 2 inch think insulation double-bubble aluminum foil wrap ($40 USD) vs the single layer nurecover uses (or so it seems), any camping tent as a base ($40 USD depending on size/fanciness of 'tent' and 2x space heaters ($20-$40) depending how fast you want it to heat. Cut two small holes for the power cord and wrap the outside with the foil. You'd have an identical product. So you could build the thing for $100-$150 bucks. I paid ~400? and it doesn't even heat up to temp, cold at the bottom, etc etc

Like many others

Like many others, I ordered the Sauna Pro several weeks ago with a 5 to 10 day shipping, and it still hasn't shipped and only shows that a FedEx label has been created. Despite many emails to get a detailed update, I too only get a similar canned response. I asked for a person and number to call, and they said they do not have a phone number. I've filed a dispute with the bank for non-receipt of the product and false advertising (website says if you order today you will have the product in 4 days).

It would be Zero

It would be Zero. I ordered mine on February 26th. No movement. Almost no interaction with customer service except to basically say, "Screw you, we are too busy to read your emails. We have too many emails" What does that say about them? I have emailed so many times. I will leave a bad review everywhere I can. A friend recommended them to me. I will change this review to a 3 if i ever get the danged thing and its as good as my friend says. Highly Recommend going somewhere else to get it!

This the worst experience I have ever…

This the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I purchased my nurecover sauna 3 weeks ago and keep getting the same “repeated emails may cause delays”. That is horrible customer service and we all know it is a generated email just like your responses here, GLENN! A lot of us work hard for our money and companies like you just hustle from us. You still keep posting like you have the product in stock and say it will ship in 3-5 days. STOP LYING! Worst company ever and I was excited, now I’m pissed off! 😡

Pro chiller and long tub

I bought the combo pro chiller and tub package with pro sauna back when it went on sale a few months back. I was in the process of building a shop and home gym, so the packages stayed unopened for a couple months while we completed construction. Just opened everything and set up the equipment last night. I’ve been gone to work all day and return to the shop late this evening and the ice bath is already leaking/condensating all over the place. The products are priced well, but trust me and go with the more durable options other companies have to offer. I was hoping for much better. The only reason it’s getting 2 stars is that the sauna seems fine so far.
