My paid order was placed March 1st and now 25 days later I still have not received delivery or shipment information from this company. I’ve requested a full refund and have not heard back. Poor service! I regret my Nurecover purchase decision, buyer beware.

The order has not had any updates and…

The order has not had any updates and it’s been a week. I keep emailing and they keep sending me tracking that has zero updates. It’s upsetting and unprofessional. I had not read these reviews until just now. Really bad customer service.

Very slow shipping

So far my order tracking info is showing label created on March 4th but not shipped yet. I’ve contacted customer service back a forth for over a week with no movement on my orders. It's been several days since anyone has contacted me back still with no movement on any of the tracking info.

Product is top notch so far

Product is top notch so far. Just got it set up. Shipping took forever, I believe due to the issues going on overseas. Costumer service has been spot on. Just waiting on one more item from the order to arrive.

Happy so far

I was actually quite skeptical about this sauna. It did take awhile to deliver but have used it twice and really like it. I am disappointed that they advertise "red light" therapy but only turns out to be LED lights. Overall happy at this point.

Took some work

Cons: The heater cords are not realistic to occupy the same plug. You will need to have a wall that has two plugs close to one another or have another outlet added to your wall. You will need a dedicated plug for each heater. We tried to run both heaters on one outlet using an extension cord and it kept throwing the braker.
My Nurecover Sauna had a VERY strong chemical smell that gave my wife and I nausea and headaches during the first use. Once we got another outlet put into our wall to run both heaters at the same time, we had to let the sauna run at the highest temperature for over an hour, airing out every 20 minutes or so until the smell was finally gone.

Pros: After going through the additional expense of adding another outlet to our wall for both heaters to run and burned off the horrible chemical smell, the sauna has the desired effect.

I purchased 3 weeks ago. No updates have been provided as to where my package is. It was sent to Fedex and that's all I know.
I just want to know where it is and when it will be here.

Terrible experience just like most…

Terrible experience just like most others. I ordered one of their products March 1st and there has been 2 responses several days after my 15+ e-mails to them inquiring about shipping updates. Their website advertises US customers receive their shipment 3-5 days from order time but I am now over 3 weeks and without any tracking updates... They told me a week ago my shipment arrived from overseas due to the lack of product in their US warehouse and that it was in a shipping depot at LAX and would arrive to me the beginning of this week. After waiting 7 more days without any shipment tracking updates I inquired again with 3 different e-mails and they finally responded with virtually the same exact response as they did 7 days prior "Your shipment is at LAX in the shipping depot and should be at your doorstep this week"... They are completely untrustworthy and are out to take your $. Do not buy from them.

SCAM. What a joke, Lol

I wish I had seen these reviews b4 purchasing. Similar to every other review for the past few months. Waited over a month as the company made excuses, got lost in transit with FedEx for days w/ no help from the Nurecover. Double checked that I would be receiving a Sauna Pro b4 purchasing (I have the email confirmation), which at the time was advertised as a 2 person 6' tall sauna, once finally received, I got a a "Tropic go", which is not advertised on their website & is a 4' 10" tiny 1 person sauna. They duped me, they'll dupe you too if you're not careful. Luckily the heater works contrary to other bad reveiws, so I'm just gonna use the stupid, tiny sauna & chalk this up as a loss & my own stupidity/lack of research rather than risk dealing with this company any further & return anything, continuing this nightmare transaction. They have clearly overextended themselves or something. If you work for this company still, what are you doing? This can't be fun. Yikes... Glen?

Do not buy from Nurecover

Do not buy from them, I ordered on Feb24th, today is March 23 amd I still haven't received my product, its been stuck at FedEx due too a shipping label mishap on Nurecover's part. Tried for about 2 weeks to get an update, called FedEx and they refered me to Nurecover. Nurecover customer service is AI generated and doesnt understand the issue. Been trying to get a full refund, but the only available customer service that they seem to have is an AI generated service thats damn near impossible, I have attempted to start a refund through the purchasing agent "shop". So far no response, I Repeat ... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, non existent customer service.

Nurecover saunas are absolute trash

Nurecover saunas are absolute trash
Do not waste your money. Spend a little bit more and get a Pod. The heater only gets up to 141 degrees in mine and it reeks like cooking plastic. I also have to stand to sweat at all because the only place hot enough is the top third. I reached out to customer service and they said they would send me a new heater but it never came. That was 41 days ago.

Even their "top of the line" is garbage and customer service is even worse

Bought their "top of the line" sauna. After waiting FOREVER for shipping (with no accurate shipping details/timeline), I set it up. The heater shuts completely off after 5-10min well before reaching temp. I verified outlet and circuit was good, repositioned, went through all available troubleshooting in manual and online to no avail. Put in a ticket to support email and didn't hear back for a week. Now been going back and forth with them only replying once a week if I'm lucky. I've had this thing for over two months at this point and have yet to be able to have a session. Stay away. Especially for the prices. Edit: and of course they reply stating to reach out to support email so they can help 🫩 I did back on the 5th... Answered all questions, tried multiple things, SENT A VIDEO, responded immediately to their last email 4 days ago and have yet to hear back. Heater is obviously faulty - just send a new one and it'd save us both the hassle and possibly help with the reputation but no.

Shipping is taking too long

Shipping is taking too long. It's been almost 4 weeks and still no accurate tracking history where the product is or when it will arrive. Even though both the website and my order started 3-5 Days (UK). Emails sent to customer services but no direct response to my question. Will be requesting a refund if this matter is not sorted.
