Seemingly a Scam

Update: received working tracking magically after I asked for the refund and it was on the way.

Ordered on Feb. 23rd with the website saying get it by Feb. 27th. From the USA. Beginning of March the tracking hadn't updated/didn't work. reached out and they said they had to ship from overseas warehouse, so not the USA. Gave me more tracking. Which did not work either. Almost a month after I ordered I get a screenshot update that did not look real saying it was in LA. But no tracking has updated. Recommend another company. I've reached out for a full refund so we will see how that goes. Seemingly not well per the other reviews.

Great for price

We got the smallest option, so easy to put together and heats up very quick! I wish the red light was a little longer but I’m very happy with this product!

Purchased by mistake and requested a refund, almost 3 weeks and they still have not sent my money. Stay away from this company, they have horrible customer service. Makes you wonder about their products. 33 business days and still no refund on an order that never shipped? Bad business. Claim filed with bank. Scammers

Overall the quality of the materials is…

Overall the quality of the materials is high. The companies website needs to be updated with the current product line as the design and offerings has changed and the product we received was actually a newer replacement for the model we ordered. There was also a minor manufacturing defect on the heater with the faceplate being installed upside down. The company has been responsive to emails to the support team.

Feeling more invigorated

Set up was easy, the frame goes together in a few minutes, once you figure out aligning the tent to poles it goes over quick.
The sauna is amazing. I got it for cardiovascular reasons, only 5 sessions in so too soon to tell on that front. Unexpected benefit, I have tight back from golf related injury. Soreness and stiffness was gone after only couple 20 minute sessions. Getting better each session. Overall I found myself feeling more invigorated after session. Doing sessions before work and it's been a great way to start the day.

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company! I bought a sauna in February and it still hasn’t arrive. Customer service isn’t any help and it takes them 4 days to respond.

So far so good

So far so good. Used the sauna a couple times now works great. Setup was fairly simple took about 15 minutes. Shipping time was close to 2 weeks but no biggie.

New Schedule Priority!

Nurecover is a new daily schedule priority. I love the unit and use it daily. It takes up minimal space, heats quickly, and does exactly what it's supposed to. I wish I had gotten the larger unit so my wife & I could have sauna time to relax and talk. Instead, it's a bit of contemplation time for me.

The sauna is great

The sauna is great, have been using it daily and has improved sleep and muscle recovery. I did have an issue with my order. Was sent the sauna go versus the pro.

The service was slow and waited forever…

The service was slow and waited forever for an actual response. Shipping was delayed by many days. The red light system is cheap and is very dim. Have had to change batteries multiple times. The clips holding the light gets too hot and then fall off. The light system is definitely not worth $500. More like $5.

DO NOT BUY - SCAM

I purchased a product advertised on nurecover.com as “SaunaPro.” The product page and my order confirmation both clearly list the item as SaunaPro.

However, when the product arrived, the packaging and assembly documentation reference “Sauna Go.” The instruction manual included in the box contains two separate assembly configurations labeled “Tropic Pro” and “Tropic Go.” The parts included in my shipment correspond to the Tropic Go configuration, not the Tropic Pro configuration listed in the same manual.

When I contacted the company about this discrepancy, their support team stated that “Sauna Go” now corresponds to the current SaunaPro model and that the naming has changed. However, this change is not disclosed anywhere on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation.

As a result, consumers are purchasing a product advertised as SaunaPro while receiving packaging and documentation indicating a different model configuration. This creates a misleading situation where the product delivered does not clearly match the product advertised at the time of purchase.

I attempted to initiate a return under the company’s advertised 90-day money-back guarantee, but their system attempted to charge a $48 restocking fee despite the discrepancy between the advertised product and the product delivered.

I opened RMA10426153 and requested a return without the restocking fee, as the issue stems from misleading product representation rather than a standard customer return.

I am submitting this complaint because the company appears to be advertising one product name and configuration while shipping a product labeled and configured as another, without clear disclosure to customers.

It would have been nice to have…

It would have been nice to have instructions included in the box. After watching a YouTube review the set up was pretty easy. The toddler chair is a joke. I do get a really good sweat so I'm happy about that.

The ordering was easy but

The ordering was easy but I am disappointed that the company sends out discounts after you buy that would make it a cheaper and better deal, especially with how long it took to receive the item which in turn meant I kept seeing these better bargain adds. I like the sauna. the only complaint is that where you must hang the heater means the bottom 1/3 of the sauna is not as hot so your bottom legs are not getting the full effect.
