Do not buy!

Charged card w/o my authorization and now unable to obtain refund even though they keep saying it will be forwarded to the department for refunds. Do not buy!

Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else. Ordered 22nd Feb 2026 and still not received the product (15/03/26). Emailed a number of times no response from a human. Tracking details are pointless. Website quoted 3-5 days for delivery, so I hoped it would at least be stocked in country, that wasn't the case, before I emailed customer support, 7 days after purchase to chase my order, I noticed that the item was in fact in China and hadn't been in the UK in those 7 days, the excuse as everyone else has experienced was that they'd run out of stock and were sending from the manufacturer in China, this appears to be a lie and is in fact their business model, drop shipping items so they don't have to incur the costs of purchasing and storing items themselves. That is fraud, that is not what's advertised. I was due a Sauna Pro in 3-5 days but that was never on the cards. I've emailed again to express my concern as we're closing in on a month and requested a refund if they can't fulfill the order, unsurprisingly I got an automated response saying they'd need 48 hours to respond, then another automated response after that 48 hours saying customer services still needed more time and there was no need to send further messages. I'm not being funny but I'll decide how many messages are necessary when a seller doesn't communicate and doesn't deliver the product that's been paid for. NU386464.

Handled It - SUPERBLY

The product itself is amazing

The product itself is amazing! The perfect solution for a portable sauna at a very affordable price. It heats up extremely fast and gets very hot. Love it. Only knock was that it took weeks to arrive, and in my opinion the delivery timing was not very transparent. Nurecover should advise up front that the product is shipping from overseas and will take weeks to arrive.

Love the sauna

Love the sauna, works great and easy to assemble. What doesn’t work great is the red lights with the battery pack. Batteries heat up and bulge rendering the lights useless.

Buyer Beware

Placed an order for the SaunaPro on 02/28/2026. I received a shipping email from Nurecover that day with a FedEx tracking number, saying "Your order has officially shipped and is on its way to you," and that "...it should arrive within 7–14 days." 7 days later, FedEx had still not received the package, and I emailed Nurecover asking about the status of my order. I was informed that it was shipping from out of the country due to stock shortage at the local warehouse. However, I was given no concrete information about where exactly my order was shipping from or the timeframe in which it would reach the United States - just a vague, elusive statement that "We’re keeping an eye on the shipment as well, and please rest assured that your order is on its way to you." If they are able to "keep an eye on the shipment," then why can't they provide me tracking information from their overseas location to the United States? Now, 14 days from the original order date, my order apparently hasn't even arrived in the U.S. because FedEx has still not received the package. I sent another follow-up email this morning requesting concrete tracking information for my package from the overseas warehouse to the U.S., or a full refund for my payment if they cannot provide me that. Since they haven't provided my any information regarding the shipping from the overseas warehouse, I suspect that my order may not have ever really shipped - what I suspect is that they sent the email on the day of the order *saying* it has shipped so that they can use this statement in their scammy cancellation policy to try to prevent cancellation of the order and make it difficult to receive a refund: "Once your order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled." I am getting ready to get my bank involved depending on the response I get to my last email. I wish I had dug a little deeper into their policies regarding refunds and returns, as well as customer reviews on platforms like this, before placing an order with this company; if I had, I would not have placed the order to begin with. Based on my poor experience with Nurecover thus far, I do not recommend placing an order with them whatsoever.

Nurecover Sauna - I Don't Recommend!

I ordered and paid for the Nurecover Sauna Pro. They advertise they ship within 3-5 days, but in an email they sent says ships within 7-14 days! It was about one month before I received my sauna. And, they sent me the Sauna GO, the smaller and cheaper one! I paid for the Sauna PRO!!! You cannot speak with customer service; you can only email! Chat GPT says to be cautious about buying a sauna from Nurecover. There are a lot of mixed-and often negative experiences reported by customers. Do your research! They did this to me as they have to many others!!!!

And, I have emailed twice with my information along with my order number....no response from Nurecover. Do your reviews. Looks like they do this to a lot of people!

Best little portable sauna in North America

I made the purchase for your Tropic Go Sauna, (entry level) it took about 4 weeks to get to me. I am pleased with the sauna, it's much much better than what is available at half the price point through our shopping clubs here in the states. The heater obtained 190° in 9 minutes on my garage floor on 11 March (ambient temperature of 60°) ❤️❤️❤️

I received my pod and put it up,so easy! I've since used it a few times ,works as it should.
Boy, it hot!! Been sleeping so much better too. The only thing I was disappointed in the ad I ordered from also had a free ice plunge advertised, I didn't receive that.

My order has not arrived and to be…

My order has not arrived and to be quite honest I’m very disappointed to learn that it is being delivered from China. Your adverts portray that the product is in the UK however when I finally managed to see the tracking of my order I see that it is in China.
I have just returned from an overseas posting and was looking forward to using the sauna ordered 1st March, as it was stated delivery time of 3-5 days. Obviously I cannot.
I am also now very suspicious of the transaction and following with interest before considering cancellation.
Overall a very disappointing experience from a company I considered to be professional and transparent.

The sauna works great

The sauna works great. I have no problem getting the temp at the canopy over 180 degrees. The chair, although is not very sturdy as it broke within a week...
Update: since I had already purchased a new sauna chair, they have offered to rebate a portion of my cost. Very good customer service!

I absolutely love my sauna..

I absolutely love my sauna... was a lengthy shipment... I feel like the chair is entirely too short because heat rises... difficult and anyone with knee problems would have issues getting up from it ....however it gets very hot quickly within minutes and it gets the job done.. I love it .. also assembly is easy❤️

The sauna (sauna go)has exceeded my expectations. Great value for about $300. Easy to assemble but did take a little longer than 5 minutes - more like 10. Shipping took longer than I wanted but was reasonable. The instructions should be reviewed. Not sure what I received in the silver pouch and there really is no documentation as to what it is.
