I booked 4 tickets with Nusatrip, after booking my account doesnt work anymore and the website gives only error message. I wrote 4 messages to customer support but no reply. They took my money but i dont know if my tickets are confirmed.

But, one thing inconvenient was incomplete English interpretation in passenger information such as family and first name, birthday, contact number in Indonesian language and long time to find my country code.

I've always been a bit hesitant when it comes to online booking platforms, but my experience with nusatrip.com has genuinely changed my perspective. I was planning a surprise anniversary trip for my spouse to Bali, and the choices and recommendations on their site were spot-on. I especially appreciated the detailed descriptions of hotels and activities, which made it easier to select the best options for our preferences.
Booking was a breeze, and customer service was prompt when I had a query regarding our itinerary. Our trip was splendid, from the tranquil beach resort to the picturesque sunrise trek we opted for.
The only small hiccup was that I wasn't immediately aware of an ongoing promotion they had, and I had to contact customer support to avail it. It would be better if such deals were highlighted more prominently. Nevertheless, it was a minor issue in an otherwise seamless experience.
