I placed my order with Nustone Patios…
I placed my order with Nustone Patios Ltd on 19th June, and nearly a month later I am still waiting for delivery.
Each time I contact them, I am told the same thing – that they expect to receive the stock "by the end of the week." Unfortunately, this has been repeated several times, with no delivery and no clear update on when my order will actually arrive.
One of the most frustrating aspects is that there is no way to speak to anyone directly. You can only get through to a call centre, and communication has been very poor throughout the process. Customers are not kept informed, and I've had to chase for updates myself.
Based on my experience, I would not use Nustone Patios Ltd again and would not recommend them due to the lack of communication, repeated delays, and poor customer service.

Go Elsewhere & Do Not Use
We placed our order with Nustone in good faith as they were competitively priced on Indian Sandstone slabs. Order was placed on June 15th with an estimated lead time of 10-15 working days which worked well with our time scale on our garden project.
On June 21st we received an email to advise that there was a delay to order and that Nustone would be in touch once the order has been dispatched and confirm a delivery date.
One June 24th, still not having any further communication from Nustone, we called Nustone for further information. It appeared that the slabs we ordered were indeed not in stock, like other customer orders. We asked for alternative stock which was in stock and agreed to amend our order for stock Nustone had available.
On June 25th, the order was amended and finalised and on June 26th, Nustone confirmed by email that they’d be confirm a delivery date of June 29th.
On June 28th, 16:51, we receive an email to advise they would be unable to fulfil their promise of delivery on June 29th and advised the earliest they can deliver is July 2nd. After careful consideration, we cancelled our order with Nustone. It appears, like many other customer orders, they are selling stock they do not have available and giving false, misleading lead times on their website.
Since, we are still waiting for our refund and successfully placed an order with Stone Traders who had stock available and were able to deliver next day. Fortunately, we paid by credit card, a chargeback has been initiated as the time frame has elapsed and still no refund from Nustone, and will now be raising a case with Trading Standards as the service we’ve received, like many others, is unacceptable.
Please do consider very carefully before placing your order and spending your hard earned money with Nustone.

The arranged delivery date then had to be revised to the next available day due to constraints with the delivery partner. We understand the later date offered did not work with your project plans, and the order was therefore cancelled as requested.
We apologise that the refund has taken longer than expected. As a chargeback has now been raised through your credit card provider, the matter will proceed through the relevant bank process.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING
I cannot recommend this company enough, from the moment we visited the show room to the minute the last paving stone was laid they have been incredible.
We had a huge garden renovation to do and were very tricky customers to deal with but all the team were absolutely fantastic, big shoutout to Pradeep who was the loveliest salesman to deal with, he was so accommodating and helpful! Our order came in when expected, we had two pallets of paving slab's as well as a pallet of bull nose slabs and I cannot be happier with them, not one was broken and they are exactly as advertised. I’m so happy I chose to use nustone and I will be back when we start the front garden! Thank you so much!

Bad communication, failed refund
Placed and order for 3 pallets of sandstone paving plus extras, over £1500 worth. I had to chase the order only to be told delivery would be delayed by 3 week, not the short delivery window the promise on their website. I had to cancel the order in order to fulfil my clients work but here I am, 17 days later still waiting for a refund. This is going to small claims court if not resolved in the next 4 days. This company took my money, failed to communicate the issues with me directly and are now keeping my money from me that I’m legally entitled to have had back by now. Based on this, I can’t recommend this company at all. Paving UK delivered my whole order in two days, I recommend CAN them.

Don't really like to give bad reviews but this is my experience and it seems reading these reviews there are many similar. So just be aware before considering placing an order.
I ordered 2 packs of indian stone flags which where said to be delivered in 4-8 days .I would be contacted about when delivery was to take place .I was not contacted after 13 days i rung the company (who do not answer the phone and employ someone working remotely to deal with complaints )I was advised that the order would take longer and they could not give a day when it would be delivered .
So i cancelled the order and was told it would be 3-5 days till i could get a refund .Which as everyone knows refunds by a proper company would be instant and no more than a day.
It is now 7 days later and i still have no refund .Keep ringing there phone number but just keep getting the remote worker who says she is passing the message on .
Shockingly bad service no excuse for not delivering on time and issuing a refund straight away .

Sold an item not in stock. Refund hasn’t arrived
I’ve had a dreadful experience with Nustone.
- I ordered new patio stone. The delivery time was noted as 8-10 working days
- After 12 working days I had heard nothing so called them. They said they would look into it and call back within an hour. They didn’t call back.
- I called again and they again said they would look into it. This time they did call back but told me the stone was not in stock and they didn’t have a date when it would be. I cancelled the order and was told a refund would arrive in 8-10 working days.
- 12 day have now passed and no refund has arrived. I have tried to call them but after a wait, get a recorded message telling me to call back later.
