Bad communication, failed refund
Placed and order for 3 pallets of sandstone paving plus extras, over £1500 worth. I had to chase the order only to be told delivery would be delayed by 3 week, not the short delivery window the promise on their website. I had to cancel the order in order to fulfil my clients work but here I am, 17 days later still waiting for a refund. This is going to small claims court if not resolved in the next 4 days. This company took my money, failed to communicate the issues with me directly and are now keeping my money from me that I’m legally entitled to have had back by now. Based on this, I can’t recommend this company at all. Paving UK delivered my whole order in two days, I recommend CAN them.

Don't really like to give bad reviews but this is my experience and it seems reading these reviews there are many similar. So just be aware before considering placing an order.
I ordered 2 packs of indian stone flags which where said to be delivered in 4-8 days .I would be contacted about when delivery was to take place .I was not contacted after 13 days i rung the company (who do not answer the phone and employ someone working remotely to deal with complaints )I was advised that the order would take longer and they could not give a day when it would be delivered .
So i cancelled the order and was told it would be 3-5 days till i could get a refund .Which as everyone knows refunds by a proper company would be instant and no more than a day.
It is now 7 days later and i still have no refund .Keep ringing there phone number but just keep getting the remote worker who says she is passing the message on .
Shockingly bad service no excuse for not delivering on time and issuing a refund straight away .

Sold an item not in stock. Refund hasn’t arrived
I’ve had a dreadful experience with Nustone.
- I ordered new patio stone. The delivery time was noted as 8-10 working days
- After 12 working days I had heard nothing so called them. They said they would look into it and call back within an hour. They didn’t call back.
- I called again and they again said they would look into it. This time they did call back but told me the stone was not in stock and they didn’t have a date when it would be. I cancelled the order and was told a refund would arrive in 8-10 working days.
- 12 day have now passed and no refund has arrived. I have tried to call them but after a wait, get a recorded message telling me to call back later.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Schoolboy error. I placed an order for a patio set advertised as being delivered within 4-8 working days. Received an email stating that there would be a delay in delivery. I called Nustone to find out an estimated delivery date so I can organise the laying of the patio but i was told that the item was not in stock and it was not possible to give me an estimated delivery date. I found this unacceptable so asked to cancel the order and receive a refund. I was not happy to be told that the refund would take 5-10 working days. It did not take me 5-10 working days to pay for the order. Avoid.

Nustone: With regard to your response below: I have an email from yourselves confirming cancellation of my order as you failed to deliver! Furthermore you have not refunded my money as of 14th July 2026! This is absolutely disgusting.
I will be submitting a complaint to The Trading Standards.
Original review:
The goods I ordered were offered on the website as in stock and promised within 4 to 8 days, yet as of today—five weeks later—I have neither received the items nor a satisfactory update.
The delay itself is problematic, having to cancel the people that were laying the patio, but compounded by poor customer service and unclear refund policies, it becomes a matter of serious concern.
After waiting patiently for over a month without any goods and with no indication of a delivery from Nustone I chose to cancel the order. However, I was then informed that receiving a refund could take up to 10 business days. This adds insult to injury and reflects poorly on the company’s operational reliability.
The lack of communication throughout the process was particularly frustrating. There were no proactive notifications or clear explanations for the delay. The extended refund policy is not acceptable especially given the time that they have had my money.

Do not fall for the adverts . My order took 6 weeks when my invoice stated 5 -10 working days.
No comunication about delays, i had to constanly email customer services for updates.

Despite seeing some bad reviews after…
Despite seeing some bad reviews after placing my order, my personal experience was completely different.
I ordered on 26/06 and the slabs were delivered in the morning just 6 days later, within the 4–8 day delivery timeframe shown on the website. After ordering, I became a bit worried because of some negative reviews, so I contacted the company and spoke with Vishal and Raj. Both were very professional, polite, and reassuring, and they confirmed that the order would be delivered on time or even earlier.
The delivery arrived as promised and in good condition. I ordered over 7 crates of white porcelain slabs, and everything went smoothly.

Ordered a pack of Indian sandstone…
Ordered a pack of Indian sandstone slabs. Was told it would be 4 - 8 days delivery, website showing in stock. After 8 days emailed to ask for update no response, contacted them via their website enquiry form, no response, then phoned them and was told they could not advise when they would be delivered, so I asked for a refund. 2 weeks later still waiting for a refund. Will be phoning them again this week to chase refund.

I would strongly avoid - non delivery!
I would strongly avoid. Despite ordering an item that was showing as in stock they failed to deliver. They wouldn’t give me an update until after the 4-8 working day delivery timeframe had elapsed. At which point they said the product was not in stock and had no idea when it might be. At this point I requested a cancellation and refund. Stated 5-10 working days for the refund to be processed. When I followed up on day 10 they said it’s being processed but to manage my expectations they had a payment gateway issue which they didn’t know when would be solved. Day 14 and still no refund or response. I would suggest they either are a scam outfit or about to go bankrupt. Be warned!

Keep away from this company and I wish I had read the poor reviews before I initially contacted them!!!!!!
I placed the order on the 1st of June 26 and told that the order was in stock. By the 18th of June, I still hadn’t received the goods.
I cancelled the order and was told that my money would be back in my account between 5 and 10 working days.
I called back yesterday the 1st of July to be told that only 9 working days had passed and would have to wait until today the 2nd July.
They clearly have no intention of paying customers back their money before the 10 working days is up.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told it was some sort of gateway problem Nustone were having. I then asked to speak to a manager again but you’ve guessed, the manager was on another call but managed to read her email and answered that I would need to wait until Monday the 6th of July. As you can imagine, I was getting quite irate by this point. I did hold on and asked the girl who answered the phone to check again but the manager was still busy. I wonder if it was another disgruntled customer looking for their money back??
I have asked for a call back tomorrow at 9am so let’s see if that happens and if not I will be calling trading standards.
