Ordered on march 26th and till now nothing i wrote 2 or 3 emails no respond from them it says preparing order for almost 1 month SCAM!!!

I place a an order on 24.3. till now its just in prepairing for sending…. Already wrote 3. email… till now no respond… if i will not get any respond till tommorow… have to make some steps to stop this company cause how i see many of costumers had to wait… but on web site: wartest du nicht gerne? Wir auch nicht😂😂 just funny

I thought I would give them the benefit…
I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt , first order was over three weeks 4 emails and then finally I had to complain here about the lack of shipping or confirmation. They were happy to take the money but not react in a reasonable time frame.
I ordered again thinking it would go better - my order number 4352 has had not movement nor reaction to emails.
From other reviews I see this is normal operating procedure, which unfortunately is not acceptable. Great product range but if it never shows up what good is it?
I ordered from 2 other sources the same day and both have arrived.
Nutrition army needs to get a crm system in place or a better logistics system.
Five days is enough time to ship and process an order I can buy a car faster .
Update - 2 emails out to them no response, no way to get a refund. All of my other orders (even from the USA ) arrived within a week. I expect this is just lost money at this point. I will give it one more week then contact my back.

I placed an order for protein (#4336) 14 days ago, in the amount of 74.80 CHF. To date, I have not received any shipment, nor have I received any satisfactory update regarding the delivery status.
I hereby request that the order be shipped within the next week. If the delivery is not completed within this timeframe, I will proceed with formal legal action and file a complaint with the relevant authorities.
I expect a prompt response.
