AVOID! AVOID!AVOID!!!
JUST OBTAINED CCJ AGAINST NUTTALL AUTOMOTIVE .ORDERED TO PAY ME OVER 8500 POUNDS BY JUDGE CONNOR AT NORWICH COUNTY COURT ON 11TH JULY 2024.
STILL REMAINS UNPAID AND ENFORCEMENT ACTION IS NOW BEING TAKEN .
THIS SHOWER OF CHARLATANS SOLD ME A BMW 650I CONVERTIBLE WHICH HAD A KNACKERED GEARBOX WHICH AFTER TRAVELLING 40 MILES OVERHEATED AND LOST DRIVE WITH A HORRIBLE BURNING SMELL AND ALL WARNING LIGHTS SAYING DO NOT DRIVE AS SERIOUS GEARBOX FAULT.
AT THIS POINT I DECIDED TO REJECT THE CAR UNDER MY CONSUMER RIGHTS TO REJECT CAR WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.
BECAUSE THE CAR WAS NOT DELIVERED FOR 3 WEEKS BUT I HAD PAID FOR IT IN FULL TIME TO PREPARE AND SERVICE CAR BEFORE DELIVERY
ANYWAY I REPORTED TO LEE AT EARLIEST CONVENIENCE AS IT WAS A SUNDAY I WHATS APPED HIM ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED.
LEE TOLD ME MY 30DAYS TO REJECT CAR HAD EXPIRED AND ONLY OFFERED A REPAIR.
MY 30 DAYS ACTUALLY STARTED FROM DELIVERY ON 23RD JUNE 2023.I PAID IN FULL ON THE 6TH JUNE 2023.
CAR BROKE DOWN 9TH JULY AFTER ONLY 40 MILES.
RAC INSPECTION CONFIRMED GEARBOX NEEDED STRIPPING DOWN AND REBUILDING.
I HAD TO PUT SMALL CLAIM IN AGAINST NUTTALLS AS THEY CONTINUED TO DENY MY CONSUMER RIGHT TO REJECT THE CAR .
EVERY DELAY TACTIC WAS EMPLOYED AND 1 YEAR LATER I STILL NEED TO ENFORCE THE COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENT AGAINST NUTTALLS AS THEY DONT INTEND TO PAY EVEN THOUGH ORDERED TO BY A COUNTY COURT JUDGE.
UPON WRITING MY REVIEW ON GOOGLE YESTERDAY I DISCOVERED ANOTHER PERSON POSTING ONLY 6 DAYS AGO ABOUT ALSO OBTAINING A CCJ AGAINST NUTTALLS FOR A SIMILAR CAR PROBLEM.SO NUTTALLS ARE USED TO GETTING CCJ,S JUST RECENTLY 2 IN 1 WEEK BY THE LOOK OF IT.I WONDER HOW MANY MORE THEY HAVE.
LUCKILY MY FRIEND IS A COUNTY HIGH COURT SHERIFF IE HIGHER THAN A BAILIF.HE HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED TO HELP RECOVER MY MONEY.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RISK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS LOT.
UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT OVER A YEAR FOR RESOLVEMENT AND YOU DONT MIND YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS DENIED .AND OF COURSE YOU WANT ALL THE STRESS AND EXPENSE OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.
IM STILL WAITING AFTER 13 MONTHS OF COMPLETE STRESS.
NO CAR.NO MONEY.TOTALLY ABUSED BY NUTTALL AUTOMOTIVE WHO YOU CANNOT TRUST AS FAR AS I COULD THROW HIM.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM NUTTALLS.
TOTALLY NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND NOT DESERVING OF THEIR STAR RATING!!!
I CAN PROVE ALL THE ABOVE AND MORE.
ANYHODY REQUURING ADVICE OR HELP AGAINST NUTTALL AUTOMOTIVE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME.
MY COUNTY SHERIFF /BAILIF IS READY TO ACT FOR YOU TOO IF NEEDED.
CUTS OUT THE DELAY IN APPLYING TO THE COURT.

Absolutely brilliant service - I went to Nuttall as i was looking for a specific car, they listened to the specs i wanted and they found the car for me and got it ready for hand over within a couple weeks.

Can't recommend them enough. Such a high end service.

Lee was so helpful, from start to finish!
He helped me find my new car, which I’m delighted with.
His communication, even out of hours, was brilliant and once he’d found my new car, he sent pictures and videos, while it was being prepared.
He even drove, with his wife, all the way to Hertfordshire to deliver it to me.
The car is just what I’d hoped for and was in immaculate condition.

Whole experience with Lee was excellent. From initial experience and agreeing purchase through to collection. None of the usual back and forward “let me speak to the manager and see what I can do” sales tactics that you do often get at a dealership, which made a very refreshing change.

Excellent service and guidance. Didn’t over charge, didn’t do unnecessary work to the car. And was seen to and sorted extremely quickly.

Unfortunately, weeks after buying a car I took it to a local independent garage who picked up that it needed new discs and pads and the tyres were cracking on the inside walls, all in all a cost of £4k to replace. They were shocked it had been sold in the current state.

Nuttall were initially helpful and tried to get it through as a warranty job (admitting it needed doing). However, the warranty claim eventually failed. I ended up selling the car as I couldn't afford £4k to replace everything and the garage I sold it to also said the brakes needed replacing so knocked me down further on the trade in price.

I asked Nuttall for a goodwill gesture and they refused stating it had been inspected prior to sale.

Same old story, great when buying, poor when things go wrong.

Avoid.

Recently used Nuttall’s to arrange PCP on a car. BMW tried to encourage me to use their finance but when I told them the deal that Lewis had secured me, they told me they’d have to discount £4k off the price of the car to even come close to it.

Lewis was really helpful and was always there to answer any questions I had, he gave me advice all the way through the process and was always at the end of the phone if I needed him.

Will definitely be using Nuttall’s from now on for any finance needs. Will be recommending them to all my family and friends also.

Couldn’t recommend Nuttall Automotive enough - car was sourced and financed within a couple of days. Really helpful and made getting the new car effortless with 0 stress. Would definitely use the company again!

From start to finish Lewis was an utter gentleman yet highly professional. The process of funding my vehicle through Nuttall Automotive was a walk in the park and saved me over £200 per month from what the dealer was offering.
It’s refreshing working with someone who is there to save the money in your pocket and not build the commission in theirs - I’ve been used to the main dealers where they pressure you into their finance offers with no good intentions at heart; Lewis couldn’t be any further from this tradition!
