Fantastic service as soon as we stepped foot on the forecourt. Great team, everyone was helpful, great attitude and the cars are good too. Excellent purchase journey through the website too. Very easy to use and very quick turn around. Not the first car from Catalina that we have had and it will not be the last.

PLEASE AVOID had the car 3 weeks and it has a major fault with the turbo contacted them to reject the car which I am within my legal rights to do, advised they would need a mechanic to inspect it heard nothing from them and not responding to my emails so I am now left with a car that is unsafe and unable to drive as a single parent of 3 children 1 who has a disability and needs regular hospital visits is not ideal, absolutely appalling I will now be in contact with citizens advice and seeking legal action for my money back, please save your money and do not use this dealership

Perfect experience purchasing my Tesla Model 3 Performance from Catalina of Stanningley.

Mike was fantastic throughout the whole process. There was no pressure or hard selling at any point. He simply gave me the time to look around the car properly, take it for a test drive and make my own decision.

The whole transaction was incredibly smooth, including sorting the part exchange of my previous Tesla and settling the outstanding finance. Everything was explained clearly and made really easy for me.

Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with straight away, and the support and communication from Mike from viewing the car right through to collection was excellent. Car was valeted, MOT and perfectly presented upon collection.

They organised for the car to be looked at by a Mercedes specialist and covered the cost of the necessary repairs, which I really appreciated.
