Very Poor Customer Service
My order was delivered to the wrong address because the company put the wrong house number on it. When I contacted them about it, they said it was delivered and sent me a very lovely picture of someone else's house with my package on the porch. When I sent them a picture of my house with the correct address, they said they could not issue me a refund or correct the address and resend. I since discovered that they sent a second package to the wrong address again, so I've paid twice for someone else to use something that's mine. They put the wrong house number but it's my fault? Ridiculous.
