Incredible customer service
I experienced an issue with the delivery, but Genie and Emily were incredibly helpful, kind, and responded right away.
I’ve tried the Nuvé Silk 3 Pro and it’s a very sleek device that performs well, better than many others I’ve tried. It’s not the cheapest option, but you can definitely tell it’s good quality. Hopefully it will last ☺️
After reading some of the lower-rated reviews, I noticed most of them are related to delivery problems. I feel that’s a bit unfair to the business itself, as they’ve created a good product. Hopefully, the courier service improves so it doesn’t continue to affect your ratings or reflect poorly on the company.

I love this product!
I love this product. I use it all winter long (and I have had it for a couple of seasons) on my dry skin on my feet. It works like nothing else ever has to get rid of calluses at home.

Better than a salon pedicure
Thanks to Emily who helped straighten up a shipping issue. My wife has used the product twice over the last three weeks and continues to share that it is easy to use and more effective than a salon pedicure. She's looking to warmer weather when she can start wearing her sandals again!

Quality product ! It handled the tough calloused heels on my hubby with ease! I am impressed with the battery life and the power in this compact product. I used it nonstop for half an hour and it did not lose power . My hubby now has nice smooth heels after months of neglect . I would sooooooooo recommend this product to anyone!

Game changer. I was looking for something to help smooth my dry, cracked feet, especially in winter. No amount of foot cream helps with keeping them smooth and soft. I have used the Nuve about three times: twice with the coarse roller and once with the fine roller, then moisturized afterward. It's amazing!

Best product for baby soft feet
This is the best product I have ever tried for my dry feet, and I’ve tried many. I’m thrilled with the results. I will absolutely be a returning customer. My feet are softer than when I pay for a $70 pedicure and that’s no exaggeration.

This really does work!
I was sceptical about this but i felt i had tried everything and going to the nail technician for a pedicure just seemed to make my feet worse so i gave in and bought it.
and...I have been blown away! i didn't realise my feet could look this nice. I have sensitive feet but it doesn't tickle or pinch. It's not too noisy and has a good battery life. There are two speeds and two different 'files' you can easily add to it.
The only downside is that postage does take a while. If they could improve that, it would be perfect, but also, it's worth the wait!

Nuvé Silk Pro 3 order and experience: Reliable and regularly updated tracking info, received product within 2 weeks of ordering, international shipping without issue. This thing really works! All of the reviews may sound the same, but in this case, that's a good thing. Calluses are gone and my feet are finally smooth and soft. I honestly don't think they've felt this smooth since I was a kid. Started with the coarse grinder and then switched to the fine grinder, to polish my newly smooth skin. Comfortable, effective, and definitely worth it!

Just received my Silk today
Just received my Silk today. Delivery was quick and I received a couple of emails to keep me posted about the progress. Love the product! It gets the job done. Due to Hashimoto’s disease I have very dry, thick calloused and cracked heels and with just one quick session today I see a huge difference. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Love my silk 3 Pro
Love my silk 3 Pro, it does what I ask of it in short order. Other devices I have tried doesn’t come close. I have been trying literally for years to scrape of the dead skin on my feet and the Silk 3 Pro did it in 10 minutes. If you have hard to get ride of dead skin this is the device you need. Can’t recommend it more. I love it.

Wow I’m so grateful I found this product! For someone who has struggled all her adult life because of dry feet it ruined my confidence.
