My husbands feet were so banged up from working construction that his feet felt like sandpaper when he would rub them on my legs in the middle of the night and he has the worst calluses as well on the sides of toes and on his heel. The nuve3 made his feet feel smooth as silk after ten minutes and we have tried everything from all the “cheese graters”, pumice stones, soaks, files, etc. and this is the only thing that has worked for him and bonus it works perfectly for my self as well!!!! Love love love will be buying one for my sister in laws, mom, mother in law… everyone on the family really!

The Nuve callus remover is a really good product. My heels tend to get callused quickly. I would soak them and apply callus remover, then use a file, but it never got them as smooth as the salon. Also, using the file, it would kind of pull on the skin, which I think actually encouraged cracking. Yikes!
The Nuve Silk 3 spins so quickly that it doesn't pull at the skin, and therefore I don't get the cracks I used to. And I have tried it both after soaking my feet (then drying them), and just right after pulling off my socks when my feet are very dry, and it works either way. There are two grades of rollers, coarse and fine. The coarse is what I mostly use, but the fine is good for touch ups, or on my toes to remove dead skin.
I just ordered replacement rollers, which was easy. They respond quickly. The whole system is a LOT cheaper than depending on a salon, plus I like being able to do small touch ups every couple of days.
My only suggestion to them is to add an even coarser roller, which would be faster for those of us prone to callus build-up. But, maybe that wouldn't be safe for some users? I don't know, but if they could add that, I'd buy it right away!

I am writing this to provide a formal warning to any consumer considering a purchase from Nuvé. My experience has been a masterclass in unprofessionalism and deceptive trade practices.
On February 17, I was given an explicit, written guarantee by two separate representatives that my order would be dispatched "within the next few hours." This was a blatant fabrication used as a tool to pacify me and secure my payment. I understand that logistics require time; however, I will not tolerate a company that utilizes false shipping guarantees as a bait-and-switch tactic. If you cannot meet a timeline, you do not state it.
The internal incompetence is staggering. Following my demand for accountability, I received contradictory information: one representative claimed the order was being "escalated" to ship, while another claimed it was "cancelled and refunded." It is clear the staff is more interested in following automated scripts than providing truthful status updates.
Furthermore, I have verified through digital read receipts that my subsequent emails were being read and monitored in real-time. Despite this, the company chose to intentionally avoid a direct response, hiding behind bots rather than addressing their own misinformation.
While a refund was finally issued, it was clearly a move to avoid a formal bank dispute rather than an act of good customer service. Nuvé has lost a customer who was eager to support their brand and share the results of their product. Instead, I am left to share the results of their dishonesty. If you value transparency and integrity, take your business elsewhere.

I ordered the product on February 4th. Tracking says it was received by the carrier in Grapevine Texas on February 7th with a deliver date by the 10th. I live 30 mins from Grapevine, Texas. It ks now February 22nd and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from the company. Extremely upset and will be reaching out to the BBB.

This product does what it says it will! It’s very gentle too, which is a bonus. In just one use I feel like I can wear sandals again, and that’s huge for me. I do think the product itself is priced high, but I’m hopeful that it will last and be worth the price point! The results are definitely worth it if you’re on the fence.

Sadly, I’m giving Nuve a 1-star review, not necessarily because of the product itself, but because of how my undelivered order was handled.
I never received my package. Instead of asking if I would like a reshipment or offering to investigate the shipment further, I received a response that felt dismissive. The message acknowledged the delivery issue and said they would process a refund once it returned to the warehouse but there was no proactive solution offered.
What made it worse was the tone. The response included a “however” and went on to explain their return address, as if I had chosen to incorrectly deliver the package or was responsible for sending it back myself. I had no control over the shipping issue, yet the message felt transactional and impersonal rather than solution-oriented.
When customers don’t receive a product, the first response should be:
“Would you like us to reship this immediately?”
or
“Let us look into this further for you.”
Customer service is about ownership and resolution. Unfortunately, that was missing here.
Very disappointed in the experience.
