Nuvei is a joke! My business was approved and upon processing my first 2 transactions, my account was cancelled on the same day without any notice, for "high risk processing." To add insult to injury, they refuse to send me my funds for a period of 180 days. My customers could not be any happier, but Nuvei refuses to budge because their Merchant Agreement says they have the right to hold funds for 6 moths from any closed account. They knew what my buisness was beacause I had to list it on the application when I applied. So if my buisness was high risk, why did they approve me to begin with? Oh and they jammed me with $205 worth of unexplained charges after canceling me. Please folks, be very careful when dealing with this company.

This matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. Working with Nuvei's Customer Service Team, my funds have been released and the matter is now cloosed. Thank you Francine!

I been with them since 2001! I was PCI certified EVERY year.
Few years back they been purchased by NUVEI and since than, no statements anymore.
2 month ago I downloaded statement and found they charges me EVERY month not 35.00 as they say but 45.00 for NONE PCI! I requested a refund and been told first NO. Than fighting for weeks they "agreed" to pay only 18 month back! Meaning they admitted of stealing but don't want to refund all money!! I was also a reseller for them and 3 of the clients I sent them had SAME EXEC story! Of course I closed my account and than they charged me 50.00 EARLY termination - after 24 years!! Company of crooks with VERY BAD support if you can even get any. STAY AWAY!

My company Iqra Impex Corporation's experience with Nuvei company debit machine service has been nothing but frustrating. The agent (Hasan Ali) provided misleading information during the application process, stating that the payment charges would be $15 per month. However, I was shocked to see a $149 charge in the first month. When I contacted the agent, he reassured me the issue would be resolved the following month, but instead, I started seeing random, unexplained charges on my account.
When I questioned these charges, I was told they were due to a "First Data Bank service fee," something that was never disclosed to me initially. To make matters worse, when I decided to cancel the service, I was hit with a hefty penalty fee—another charge that was never mentioned upfront.
This company’s lack of transparency, random fees, and penalties make it impossible to trust them. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and thoroughly review all details beforehand.

I talked to Nuvie 6times and NOONE answered what it is. They never sent any letter or email in advance that it will be charged. I have SMALL business and can't afford this sudden charge. I signed to Nuvie for $10/month plus 3.99% they get from customers. If additional $500 they had to let me know. I am your client for 10 yrs and we should be loyal to each other.

Hello, I purchased a service from the company zomro.com using the Nuvei payment system, but the company zomro.com did not deliver the service purchased.
I requested a refund from zomro.com and to no avail.

I spoke with "Vlady" (Vladimir) to get my issue resolved. He was very patient as I had to conference the call with our internet provider at the same time to figure out what the issue was. Once we figured it out he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done in order to get our machine up and running again.
