Bad sales practice- trickery and entrapment is what this company is about.
Excessive and hidden fees.
The process to monitor your account is tedious and disheartening, almost like they have structured it so merchants will be distracted from their extravagant fees.
They’ve done well to hide the fact that they are trapping people in a contract for 3 years and a $339 fee will be charged once you cancel.
Worst company ever!!

This company is a scam. Do not use them. Their marketing is fraudulent. They almost destroyed my business because they were completely unresponsive to me after dozens of contacts with them regarding fraudulent credit card transactions occurring against my web based business. These transactions were easily detectable and could have been blocked with basic security measures that they failed to implement. Not only this, but Nuvei charged very large fees against me for these fraudulent charges that they allowed and continue to allow to process. Their customer service department is non existent. I think they just provide AI generated responses to my requests. When you call them they just say they assigned a ticket and that someone will contact me, but they never do. This company is seriously a scam and probably will be shutdown at some point hopefully. Don’t trust the positive reviews here. I bet they are generated from Nuvei. This company is probably run out of someone’s basement with a bunch of blatantly dishonest marketIng. It is so frustrating what I have had to experience that these crooks allowed to happen. Total negligence. I may be moving forward with legal action against them from the damages suffered by my business. This should not be happening in the USA. I have extensive documentation proving all of this.

I Was with Nuvei for years and after them constantly raising my rates without my knowledge I decided to go with a different company. They charged me over $734 in cancellation fees. I will NEVER work with this company again. When I was asking about getting a better rate or I would be leaving never once did they meantion the cancellation fees. They are sneaky and unethical and I would never recommend them to any business.
