They sold me a used item and it didn’t match the website. Didn’t have a manual. I had to make a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Multiple emails sent with a reply from them that was not reflective with what what I asked or my concern. Stay away.
They do not have a money back guarantee like they advertised. I reported that this didn’t help my back pain and they offered me 10% of what I paid. You can only return unused items!!!
Very untrustworthy company. Once they have your money, they don't respond to emails. The products are drop shipped out of China and arrive at different times. They advertise a 'no questions money back guarantee' and yet, they dont repsond to emails.
The most affordable quality red light mat i could find. Half the price of the other one i was looking at and this one came with a free maks as a special offer too from Facebook
I wanted a red light/laser body bag in a hurry for my arthritis. I decided on a model and ordered it quickly, only to find out later I could have a 10% discount as a retired first responder. I asked the AI bot about it and they said if I got proof I could still get the discount. I wrote to customer support and the Health Department I had worked for. To my surprise, the Health Department responded immediately and I had documentation of my work history. By then customer service said they would honor the dicount and within a few days I got a substantial refund. I never thought that would happen. Charlie at support was great.
order arrived quickly, took about 2 days and my address is remote so I was pleasantly surprised. I've used it for about 5 sessions now, 20 minutes each and it's been great. I can feel the benefits already and I can see what the people on Instagram are talking about.
Extremely disappointed with this unit. I already had the first one replaced because the cooling fan would not engage or would get stuck, causing the unit to stop cooling. Unfortunately, the replacement unit developed the exact same problem after only 40 days.
What's even more frustrating is that this cold plunge is not used heavily. I primarily use it on weekends, and it is kept indoors in an air-conditioned room, so it operates under ideal conditions.
For two units to experience the same failure in such a short period of time points to a serious quality control issue. Based on my experience, this appears to be a cheaply made product with unreliable components. I expected much better durability and performance, especially considering the investment. I cannot recommend this product
I had an issue with my chiller. I worked with service team and after some back and forth they were able to send me a new chiller. So happy I can get back in the cold and so glad I bought through Nuvio. Top notch product and customer service. Thank you Ossy for all the help.

The product is great! Customer service is horrible! No phone number to talk to someone with a heartbeat, just chat and e-mail. The people working it are kind, as far as I can tell, but maybe it's AI... who knows! But it takes waaaaay too long to get answers, and there is no follow-through. I am still waiting after 6 weeks for my refund for a returned product. Followed all the rules they laid out, have copies of my UPS delivery confirmation, and they are telling me they never got it. I am still trying to get answers from them. Putting in a UPS claim to get my money back, I hope! It's ridiculous. Will not order from them again. So sad. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 0 is the product.
RIPOFF!! I ordered one and received a black cap…. Just an ordinary cotton cap that I could buy for $5 at any weekend market!!

I purchased the red light therapy bag. Had an issue with one of the black boxes (dial would just spin). Contacted Katrina and she replied immediately to insure my issue was addressed. In fact, Katrina reached out to me several times reassuring me that my bag would be on the way as soon as possible. This kind of customer support is a rarity these days!
Absolute worst company and worst customer service I have ever received. Do not purchase their products as they do NOT stand behind their products
I love the red light therapy mat. The only thing I find unclear is the black box. I think it is not clear how to set the dials to use the unit.
