Shipping time was extremely long and product doesn’t look like it does on the web

Shipping time was extremely long, and the Red light Therapy cap not look anything like it was shown on the website. It’s a very big and bulky and awkward looking cap. We just started using it and we’ll have to see if there’s any benefit benefits at all.

They offered to troubleshoot.
I dont want to troubleshoot the issue.

I appreciate how Charlie took care of…

I appreciate how Charlie took care of my issue with the plug overheating… he arranged to send me a new one… got it in the mail and I can’t wait to start my red light mat again!!!

Took a bit for support to get to my…

Took a bit for support to get to my request but Ossy was very kind and helpful and they quickly took care of business! I ordered the mat and mask seperate not realizing there was a promo for the mask to come free. They made the mask refund happen and the products have arrived - very good quality, great first week using them! Thank you Ossy and Nuvio for everything!

Service great-product not so much

Two major problems with chiller unit- electrical switch failed. That was replaced but 1 week later fans failed. Thus, product itself is suspect. ON THE OTHERHAND-these defects exposed me to customer service quite a bit and I found Ossy, my service rep to be excellent! He provided regular updates and pushed things along where he could. I now have replacement unit...time will tell.

You will not regret using this product

You will not regret using this product. I received my red light therapy mask and I noticed smooth face right after the first use. Customer service is amazing and attentive they will try to make your experience excellent. Plus if you refer there product to others you can get a discount of 50$. Don’t second quess there product like I did it’s definitely worth the money plus they have discounts right now so don’t wait buy it now.

Response time takes several days so…

Response time takes several days so they can scam you out of having to give you a refund which is a shame cuz all I wanted to do was exchange it but now they're make it so ridiculously complicated, I'm not even going to buy a replacement.

Nuvio Customer service went well once I…

Nuvio Customer service went well once I was connected to Charlie. Prior to that I wasn’t sure about the process with the virtual assistant . Charlie followed up on my equipment issue, a broken pump. I took a picture for verification. The process took 2.5 weeks and the part just arrived. If all goes well I’ll be plunging tomorrow.

RLT Nuvio mat

I got my RLT Nuvio mat for mother’s day and I love it!!! I’m currently recovering from shoulder surgery and I’ve added it to my recovery protocol. I’ve used RLT before but this product by far is the most comfortable and easy to use. I’m even using it as I meditate. If you are trying to get recovery results and comfort, this is for sure the mat to get.

I received the red light mats and…

I received the red light mats and noticed that the cover was uncomfortable plastic and not silicone. I didn't even take it out of the bag but when I tried to return it I got the run around for more than a week with offer of a discount if I kept it and NO ACCESS TO RETURN INFORMATION even though the return period is very short. It cost me 100 dollars to return it and now I will see if I get a refund. It felt very scammy. I would never order from this company again.
