Scammers. Booked to Heathrow through hotel reception and was quoted £72. In the car the driver asked if we have the cash and when we said we want to pay by card he said he has no machine for that. He called his boss who said if we pay by card the price is 20% more. We had no cash so we had to pay by card via the telephone. Stay away from these people. They cheat the customer and the country.

They are absolutely awful I booked a cab to go to the airport with plenty notice was given a price I said ok.
I then called the day before just to confirm, only to be told that his boss has said that because there is a strike the price has gone up.
Was originally £80 went up to £120.
Needless to say I cancelled and rebooked elsewhere.
I will never order from these scammers again.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER!!! Booked an airport transport and received booking confirmation with the prices quoted online as well as in the booking confirmation. As I rang them the day before to ensure everything was still ok, they quoted me almost doubled the price for the transfer saying the information on the website is outdated and the booking confirmation was not processed properly
As a regular business user of this service, I was so disappointed with my personal recent experience. Booked an airport transfer online with quote and received a text confirmation. During my transit stop, called to confirm and was told booking information not complete, but could be done whilst on the phone. Also told online quoted price incorrect and would not be honoured. My choice was accept new price (£3 more + airport charges) or cancel booking. Manager insisted on taking over the call and spoke very rudely as well as refusing to apply any sort of discretion to honour the quoted online price which he said was due to "developer error". I cancelled the booking and shall not be using NW Cars for business nor personal service in the future.
