These guys are great.

These guys are great.

After a major leak they offered to right off the lost water. Customer service was understanding and compassionate. They walked us through doing a test. They have been in contact to let us know everything looks good.

Communication is generally good with acceptable on hold times.

Thanks guys your customer service is NOT WATERED DOWN

Payment Break

After contacting Northumbrian Water via their website I was able to secure a 3 month payment break due to the Covid19 mayhem. Thank you so much....you rock 👍👍👍👍👍
